The hotel location is perfect, close to everything, the staff is welcoming, specially Zhou. Perfect hotel, the room was clean and spacious. We had a mold smell in the first room and they changed it immediately. The view is perfect, beautiful area around the hotel. I recommend it

Our stay at Wanda Moments in Ningbo was simply perfect! From the moment we arrived, everything about this hotel exceeded our expectations. The rooms were beautifully designed, spacious, and impeccably clean, with all the comforts and amenities you could ask for. The staff were friendly, professional, and attentive, ensuring that every detail of our stay was flawless. The hotel’s location is excellent, making it easy to explore Ningbo’s attractions and enjoy the city. The facilities were top-notch, and the overall ambiance was both luxurious and welcoming.

Hotel is like well used LV bag; it has some marks and scratches but still you can understand it’s a good quality)))) hotel needs renovation. Dinner 178rmb doesn’t worth to buy if you prefer European cuisine. Oysters basket always empty, queue for sashimi salmon, the rest cuisine is local.

The whole room has two floors, we are two adults and one child, and we live very comfortably. [Salt and Pepper Mantis Shrimp] is really great, the shell is fried crispy, but the meat is very tender; [Steamed Mandarin Fish] is fresh and tender, the meat is firm, the child ate half of it by himself, and kept saying it was delicious... [Shrimp Stewed Tofu] The shrimp is Q Q and chewy, and there seems to be salted egg yolk in the soup, which is super fresh... The restaurant is really recommended~ You must eat it when you stay. Very good experience. The hotel is located by the lake at the entrance of Hanling Village. It is bustling when you go out and quiet and comfortable when you go in. There is an exclusive private parking space, which is very convenient for self-driving tours. The environment, facilities and services of the hotel are in place and worth the money. From the departure to the hotel to the departure, Xiao Zhu at the front desk will help take care of everything, which is very considerate.

Very, very perfect stay experience. Thank you butlers for your intimate service. The terrace on the roof is particularly good at seeing the stars. The butlers also helped me take the pillows and quilts intimately. I got up too late in the morning and didn't have breakfast. I made me a noodles at noon. There are gifts when you finally leave. I stayed at the Marriott Hotel under the IHG Group in Ningbo before. The location is good, but because it is too old, the room is filled with a smell of dampness and decay... This time I chose the Indigo Hotel in Cultural and Creative Port, a big reason is that it will be completed in 2024. After checking in, I was not disappointed. The hotel facilities are complete and creative, full of youthful vitality, and the hotel staff are professional, patient, thoughtful and enthusiastic... The room layout is very fashionable, and you can overlook the beautiful scenery of the Old Bund in the room. The equipment in the room is also very sincere. The defense department cleans the room promptly and professionally every day. Thank you to the cleaning staff who work hard every day. In short, this is a perfect stay experience. I will choose you in the future!

Very satisfied, the price is super high, the room and restaurant are very clean, the smart toilet is convenient and clean, the space is quite large, when eating breakfast, the aunt is also very enthusiastic to deal with the food for me. Housekeeping also quickly dealt with my problem. It is close to Jiang's former residence and Xuedou Mountain. Very satisfied 👍 great

Nice resort for families with lots of activities for the little ones. Highlight was the service and all staff were friendly especially Mona who also spoke English well and shared her wechat and checked with us everyday to ensure our stay was pleasant. Bon fire and fireworks for Chinese new year were an added bonus. Mona also helped us book a BBQ tent which was a nice experience by the lake. The play area is large and could use a facelift as some areas seem dated. Buffet breakfast was nice with the usual fare and a nice touch to give the kids a small gift when they clean their plates. Although it’s winter, the temperature was quite warm and the room AC could only be used as a heater which made the room too warm so we turned off the AC and left the windows open. Car parking was mostly full during the holidays but we managed to get a slot to charge the electric car. Overall a pleasant stay.

My very favorite hotel in Ningbo. Stayed multiple times a year for the last decade, never disappointed.
