Great location. Stayed in about 10+ different hotels in Ningbo area and this one is decent. Rooms are big. You can get plenty of bottled waters from the cleaning cart. The breakfast buffet has plenty of varieties! Probably around 30+ different choices. Congee and wonton soup. Coffee and juice.

Very good experience. The hotel is located by the lake at the entrance of Hanling Village. It is bustling when you go out and quiet and comfortable when you go in. There is an exclusive private parking space, which is very convenient for self-driving tours. The environment, facilities and services of the hotel are in place and worth the money. From the departure to the hotel to the departure, Xiao Zhu at the front desk will help take care of everything, which is very considerate.

Very, very perfect stay experience. Thank you butlers for your intimate service. The terrace on the roof is particularly good at seeing the stars. The butlers also helped me take the pillows and quilts intimately. I got up too late in the morning and didn't have breakfast. I made me a noodles at noon. There are gifts when you finally leave. As soon as I walked into the hotel, I was attracted by the uniquely designed and visually beautiful facilities and environment. Every detail reveals the care and makes me feel particularly warm. There is a lobby bar on the first floor, where you can order an exquisite afternoon tea and pass the time slowly, which is just the right amount of comfort. When checking out, she also asked me thoughtfully about my stay experience. The details were very heart-warming. It was a very pleasant stay this time and I will choose Indigo Cultural and Creative Port in the future. (The surrounding environment is also really beautiful)

Nice resort for families with lots of activities for the little ones. Highlight was the service and all staff were friendly especially Mona who also spoke English well and shared her wechat and checked with us everyday to ensure our stay was pleasant. Bon fire and fireworks for Chinese new year were an added bonus. Mona also helped us book a BBQ tent which was a nice experience by the lake. The play area is large and could use a facelift as some areas seem dated. Buffet breakfast was nice with the usual fare and a nice touch to give the kids a small gift when they clean their plates. Although it’s winter, the temperature was quite warm and the room AC could only be used as a heater which made the room too warm so we turned off the AC and left the windows open. Car parking was mostly full during the holidays but we managed to get a slot to charge the electric car. Overall a pleasant stay.

Hotel location is very good, a little more than one kilometer from Jiang's former residence scenic spot. The hotel is located in a more prosperous neighborhood and it is very convenient to eat. There is the hotel's own parking lot outside the hotel, parking is very convenient. The lobby in the hotel is bright and spacious and the service is very good. The room is clean and tidy, the facilities and equipment are complete, the wet and dry separation is very good 👍

I recently stayed at a hotel in Ningbo, China, which had a super location close to Ningbo Railway Station. The hotel's proximity to the station made it convenient for transportation. However, there were a few aspects of my stay that could have been better. The location of the hotel was indeed excellent, with easy access to the railway station. This made it convenient for exploring the city and accessing transportation options . The hotel's proximity to shopping streets and attractions added to its appeal. Regarding the food, I would described as ”okay” . It seems that there were various dining options available, but the experience may have varied depending on the specific choices made. One aspect that could be improved is the English proficiency of the reception staff. According to the search results, the staff's ability to communicate in basic English was limited . This could pose a challenge for non-Chinese guests who require assistance or have specific inquiries. During my two-night stay, I also noticed a strong smell of cigarettes in the room. This could be a concern for those who are sensitive to smoke or prefer smoke-free environments. Overall, the hotel's super location near Ningbo Railway Station was a major advantage. However, it is important to note the potential language barrier with the reception staff and the presence of a cigarette smell. These factors may be worth considering when choosing accommodations in Ningbo

The environment of the Park Hyatt Hotel is really beautiful. It is alone on the peninsula, and the building is magnificent. Although the room is a bit older, its flaws are not concealed. The service level is also always on line. In particular, Nancy helped me arrange a room with a view of the lake, took the initiative ➕ WeChat to understand the occupancy needs, and helped me book a New Year's Eve dinner at a Chinese restaurant after leaving the store. Thanks also to Joseph, the duty manager. The only regret is that some hotel facilities such as the swimming pool are not open. Hope to stay again next time.

We arrived late that day and the hotel upgraded us to a suite room. The night view was great, the service was good, and there was an underground garage, which was convenient for going up and down. The breakfast was rich with many choices.
