Everything was fine, but only very cold in the restaurant where we had breakfast and there I saw only Chinese food and no good sweets and coffee. Thanks for presents

This was, without a shadow of the doubt, one of the best experiences and certainly the best one in China. The hotel is brand new and has been built with highest quality materials. Both the design and scale of the project, conference centre next door is being finished, are impressive to say the least. Service was fantastic with extremely helpful and polite staff. Food... amazing variety and high quality! We took our bikes to cycle around the lake, so the location for us could not be better. Close to the lake but in a nice and quiet spot, in contrary to many other hotels on the other side of the lake. Pretty cool swimming pool with smallish fitness area attached. The on-site café with outside area was very cozy but we only tried cakes and tea, not sure about the quality of their coffee. Overall, highly recommended! As we live locally, we will definitely consider coming back.

One of the most pleasant stays in my life! The hotel is clean and well-maintained, the staff is friendly and welcoming. The surroundings are nice and quiet, and the hot springs are just amazing. The receptionist couldn’t speak English very well when we checked in (which wasn’t too much of a problem anyway), but when we came back to our room later, we found some snacks and an absolutely adorable note with some helpful information from the staff. Thank you for the great weekend! Will definitely come again.

mixed review. some really excellent points and then some real improvement needed too. excellent: the food and beverage manager and restaurant staff were always friendly and the food was excellent (though I think the price of a beverages is outrageous). the Thai curry is highly recommended. the pools and spa pools are great the room is nice and the whole building is beautiful. a birthday cake and card to celebrate was very special and thoughtful. to improve: the cocktails we're awful each time we tried a new one...the ingredients were listed but not all present in the drink the check in and checkout - first and last impressions need to be improved. check in we didn't receive a friendly smile to guide us to the counter, check out was a long queue during the busy time, more shuttle cars are required, we had several 20-30minutes wait times and guests act a bit silly and selfish, pushing to get on the shuttle bus even when families with small children where waiting longer. it was 40degrees Celsius so walking was not a safe option. I had to call three times to get housekeeping on the first day and was told usually housekeeping only come every second day, which doesn't make sense. I don't need my bed made or towels changed, but I do need the trash removed daily. a bit of a strange policy for a pretty expensive hotel. the play are for kids is nice and the staff are generally friendly and patient. very mixed review I'm afraid.

It happened to be raining when we checked in, and the waiter came out to help clean and move the luggage. The room type was upgraded for free. The room was clean and sanitary, the disposable items were of good quality, and there was a terrace view. The breakfast was very rich

Very good experience. The hotel is located by the lake at the entrance of Hanling Village. It is bustling when you go out and quiet and comfortable when you go in. There is an exclusive private parking space, which is very convenient for self-driving tours. The environment, facilities and services of the hotel are in place and worth the money. From the departure to the hotel to the departure, Xiao Zhu at the front desk will help take care of everything, which is very considerate.

There was a small incident when checking in. The hotel service attitude was very good and the ability to handle problems was very strong. We upgraded to a river view suite, which gave us a full experience. Main features: 1. Super wide-angle river view, floor-to-ceiling windows are open and bright, 📷 good film; 2. The room has a dedicated audio-visual area, TV and audio, so it's so cool to watch dramas and movies; 3. It's a new hotel, very new and not dirty, and those who have special requirements for hygiene, especially carpets and sofas, can wash; 4. Indigo focuses on coordination with the surrounding environment. This place is related to ships and bridges. Many public area sculptures and room decorations fit this theme, and the design is thoughtful; 5. The breakfast service attitude is very good. The meal collection at 11 o'clock is better than many old hotels. If you see that the guests have not finished their meals, they will extend it appropriately. There are freshly baked and freshly squeezed juices, and they will take the initiative to ask if they need them; 6. The indoor swimming pool looks out to the river and bridge, 📷 good film. The only drawback is that the gym is a little small and has a little less equipment, so it could be equipped with more. The shower water flow could be bigger, which would be more comfortable. But the flaws outweigh the merits, and overall it deserves a five-star rating!

A good stay for a short weekend trip to Ningbo. The hotel is relatively new and the amenities are clean and well kept. The hotel offers complimentary soft drinks in the mini fridge and other complimentary items. The hotel room is spacious for a room of two. All in all a good stay.

The room facilities are very good. All kinds of supplies are neatly arranged. The bed is very comfortable... It ensures a good sleep quality. The five-star service standard is superb. There is a concierge service when checking in, helping with luggage. The front desk supervisor is also very enthusiastic. He delivered hot towels and made tea. He led us to the elevator with a bright smile.

The room is new and big, with a wide view facing the Shanjiang River. Every service staff I met in the hotel is very service-minded and friendly. The price-performance ratio is very high. A small cake was given as a birthday gift, which is very thoughtful. It was a satisfying vacation trip! I give it a five-star rating. The buffet in the evening was praised, especially the red wine foie gras and salmon. The service staff gave full marks. The breakfast was rich, the tofu brain and fried dough sticks were good, and the bacon was salty, that's all.
