Indigo Properties in Ningbo

Every corner of this hotel, from the lobby and corridors to the guest rooms and rooftop terrace, is incredibly photogenic with its stunning industrial-vintage style. The front desk staff were warm and courteous, making my stay very pleasant. Highly recommended. This hotel has a great design, and they upgraded my room which had a fantastic view. The breakfast was delicious, with many specialty pastries, and the service was excellent – they went above and beyond to help with anything I needed.

Facilities: The facilities are great, very new! The decor is also excellent! Hygiene: It's quite clean and tidy, and any minor imperfections are negligible! Environment: The environment is pretty good, as expected from a newly opened hotel. The public areas and guest rooms are all clean and tidy! Service: The service, well, it could use some improvement 😂. Some staff members are rather aloof and don't even greet guests. Compared to another newly opened hotel in Ningbo, the service here falls a bit short. However, everything else was fine, and I hope for a different experience on my next stay. Also, thanks to the staff for the room upgrade!
