The hotel staff is very nice and I especially want to thank 小孟 for going the extra mile to communicate with us in English and to make sure we knew where everything was. He also helped get us the shuttle car to go to the restaurant and for check out. The only thing I would suggest is that the hotel tries to improve the on-site fishing experience. My husband and I enjoy recreational fishing, which is why we were attracted to this hotel, but the fishing area was very dirty with fruit peels, trash and fishing line lying around. I dont want to go too much into it, but because the fishing was advertised as on-site on Trip.com, it would be nice if the fishing area was as well maintained as the rest of the hotel. If youre not fishing, I can say the rest of the experience was good and worth it.

What a wonderful way to spend my birthday. 🤩❤️ I was mesmerized as soon I stepped out my taxi. ❤️💕 this was a perfect weekend trip. They decorated my room for birthday, my room was amazing. Loved the tea room, caught up on some reading there. Hot springs facility is fantastic,perfect for winter. Breakfast 10/10 Thank you to Xiao Zhao and all the other staff members, you are genuinely kind and friendly.

Lovely hotel snuggled into a green hill by the northside of Dongqian lake. Staff were kind and attentive. Fantastic spacious bathroom with big tub. I think my favourite bit of our productive but also restful work stay was sitting on the balcony and seeing several birds - but hard to say - it was a very good hotel experience overall.

Really nice, very quiet during the week. Lovely walks nearby. Good hospitality. Would be great if the courtyards had reclining chairs and tables.

Room is clean and comfortable. The facilities and area around the hotel are beautiful. Dining options for lunch and dinner are limited.

We attended a delightful wedding with the ceremony, dinner, and after party till midnight, and we had an amazing time ! The venue was no less than 'perfect' in every way.

Beautiful hotel, beautiful location. I booked, and paid extra for, a room with a view. The room issued had a view of other rooms. Hotel staff were very unhelpful. Lobby Bar has no food and no beer. Just a tiny cup of machine coffee for 5 euros. The ‘all day’ dining restaurant was only open for breakfast. A friend booked the cheapest and most basic room available and was given a fantastic top floor room with a great view. Would not use this hotel again, there are many to choose from in this area.

At the end of April, my family set out to visit Ningbo Junlan Resort Hotel. The housekeeper carefully sent us various travel guides and precautions in the morning. We booked two adjacent mountain view rooms with great views. Especially the one at the end, the room layout is neatly cleaned, giving people a comfortable and relaxing feeling, and the window view and balcony are very beautiful. This time, there are elderly people traveling, and the whole family feels that the hotel is surrounded by mountains and the air is suitable. The air here is great, so let yourself breathe more oxygen. The Chinese restaurant in the hotel has large portions, many varieties, and affordable prices. I ate here for three nights. Opposite the Qianhu Secret Realm, it is very convenient to rent a car and ride, and it is also convenient to take a small train to Xiao Putuo. The hotel is in a great location. The afternoon tea at Manshu Mountain House is excellent. I came to have afternoon tea for three consecutive afternoons. The old baby at home was very satisfied. The stone kiln bread was delicious, the afternoon tea cakes were delicious, the scenery was pleasant, and there was a cute swing. I came here for three days and four nights, and it rained one day. The hotel's young man Xiao Meng kept driving a shuttle bus to pick us up. He was very polite and patient. The service was particularly good. I like it. The housekeeper is also very good, caring about us every day and giving us a lot of benefits. I am really happy to come to this hotel. The living and playing experience is really great. I will come again next year.

The saying "Green water and green mountains are gold and silver mountains" is very appropriate to describe this place. It is the perfect choice for leisure and vacation for all ages. There are rich activities in the hotel and the surrounding areas within walking distance. The hotel's private butler Xiao Zhao is also great.

The best hotel I've ever stayed in. The room was very nice, the environment inside the hotel was first-class, and the service was even better. I experienced the singing bowls and hot springs in the hotel. After dinner, I could go to Qianhu Secret Realm to ride a bicycle, and then go to Hanlin Old Street to stroll around in the evening. It is a great place for a family to travel! I will come again next time!

During the May Day trip to Ningbo Dongqian Lake, I stayed in a standard twin room on the second night. The twin room felt a little bigger than the king room. The mountain view from the balcony was still good. I had a great view seat for breakfast. I was happy. The Banshan Hot Spring is right next to the hotel. There are many open-air pools. Looking at the beautiful scenery, relaxing the body and mind, the children are especially happy. I must take a dip when I have time. There are bicycle rentals a few steps away from the hotel. We got up in the morning and rode on the special cycling path by the Dongqian Lake for an hour while there were not many people. Then we went back to the hotel for breakfast at around nine o'clock. The breakfast variety is also very rich, and the freshly made pancakes are delicious. Junlan Resort Hotel exceeded expectations!

The hotel has a good location, about 1 km away from Qianhu Secret Realm of Wetland Park, which is within walking distance. It is hidden in the valley, surrounded by mountains, and has excellent air quality. The internal environment of the hotel is good. Although it is a little far from Dongqian Lake, it is impossible to enjoy the lake view in the room, but the well-arranged garden landscape is very comfortable and has a wild charm. The hotel's service is good. Even when the room was fully booked on May Day, both the catering and customer service were in place, and there was no chaos or disorder. In particular, the front desk customer service lady Sun sent me the general situation and activities of the hotel on WeChat in advance, which was very considerate and thoughtful.
