Advantages: - new beautiful rooms with fresh renovations - great service - the reception and breakfast staff were real professionals. Thank you very much! - there is a nice large smart TV in the room - close to the beach - the opportunity to live on a high floor - sea view from the window - good breakfast - super pool and gym (clean, modern) - birthday wishes at breakfast (thank you very much! It was very nice) Disappointed : - there are no hooks or drying racks in the rooms. (Considering that many people come to Nha Trang for a beach vacation, it is necessary to hang at least a swimsuit and a wet towel to dry. It was difficult without this.) - there were occasional problems with cleaning. - the bathroom in the room has no barriers. All the water drains onto the floor. It is impossible to bathe - it was a real quest every time

I absolutely loved the Iconique Suite. It offers incredible value, being both the most affordable and newest option available in all of Nha Trang at this price point. The suite features a separate kitchen area, complete with a sofa, a huge TV, a refrigerator, a microwave, and a hob with a sink (though, unfortunately, no dishes were provided).

I had a fantastic experience at The Iconic Hotel! The property is new, tastefully designed, modern, and impeccably clean, with the beach just a short walk away. The staff were warm, welcoming, and went out of their way to be helpful. The facilities were top-notch, and my room was spacious, stylish, and well-appointed with excellent amenities. I’d definitely recommend staying here. The only improvements I’d suggest is to open the area of the sauna as it was always closed and also to keeping the pool open later than 6 PM.

A great new hotel. The location is convenient; it's on the second row from the beach, but still very close to the sea. Breakfast was good, the staff were friendly, and housekeeping was decent. I'd suggest to management to install a coffee machine in the restaurant, as not everyone prefers Vietnamese coffee. There's a kids' room, but it currently lacks toys.

We stayed in late August, and the hotel had only been open for about two weeks. We chose it because it was brand new and located on our favorite street, which offers everything from smoothie shops to 24-hour convenience stores, and it's also very close to the sea. Our room was absolutely fantastic – clean and bright. We opted for a room without a balcony but still enjoyed a lovely view of both the sea (you could even spot Vinpearl Island) and the city. The food was a delight; we had the chance to experience both their buffet and set menus. All amenities were provided in the shower, which was a pleasant surprise as I wasn't sure if I needed to pack my own shampoo, conditioner, etc. – they had everything! 👌🏽 Wi-Fi worked perfectly throughout the entire hotel property. Beach towels could be exchanged multiple times a day; we even took some in the evening to relax on the beach. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help or offer advice. Overall, we were initially concerned that being a new hotel there might be some teething problems, but we were absolutely delighted and will definitely return many times over. I wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone! 🫶🏽

Good service

Great hotel. The view from the windows is gorgeous. The location is great, the staff was very polite and helpful in getting a comfortable room. The breakfasts were also good, I stayed there for ~week and each time the breakfasts were different. The coffee was bad of course, but otherwise 10/10. If I come back to Nha Trang, I will definitely stay in this hotel again.

Very clean and new. There were a few problems with internet and room key card but staff were so helpful

Overall, not bad for the price. My first towel I used did smell a little funky but I asked for a new one and it was fine. Buffet wasn’t very appealing, I stayed for 3 nights and mostly just had eggs and toast because most of the food wasn’t hot/fresh, you can tell it’s been sitting for a while. My first cup of coffee was not hot either, room temperature. So I stayed away from all that after. Buffet is 3/5. Overall, if you just looking for a place to sleep and in a good location, this place is good for the price.

The hotel is located in the center, in a convenient place, clean, cozy, pleasant and attentive staff, cleaning daily.

A great hotel with friendly staff and excellent breakfasts. New, clean, and a very pleasant stay. I initially booked the hotel for three days, but then decided to extend it for another four.
