For those who are unaware, Panorama Hotel / Condotel is actually made up of many companies who each own several rooms in the Condo - and a hotel. At the Residence check-in, the same reception desk handles all the bookings, so be clear which company you booked under. For us, it is by One company and we have no problems with our room whatsoever. It is a serviced apartment with linen and floor cleaned daily. But there no phone, if you have any problems reach out to the owner via WeChat.

The view wasn't too bad. But if it's too high-rise, it's a little noisy when you're running a club on a rooftop. But it was fun.

The building is bought by several owners and there is a common reception that handles check-in. We were immediately given the number of the owner of our room, but he could not help us solve our problems. We booked a room for 11 nights, the room had a sea view, but better than a regular deluxe. From the photo - it looked just great. But in fact, I asked for a change of room for 3 days, until I realized that it was useless. All the furniture in our room was broken. ALL! Not a single cabinet opened as it should. The laminate was all chipped and streaked, swollen in places. The cleaning of the rooms was disgusting, everything was always sticking to your feet. The pool is PAID for everyone. 250 dong. But it is always noisy there, a lot of people and few sun loungers. The view from the room was not bad, part of the sea and part of the city. The air conditioner blows directly onto the bed, so sleeping with it means hello cold, which is what happened to us, because without it it was unbearably hot. Room 1915. Everything is very old and really needs to be renovated.

It's a good value accommodation. The location is really good.. ^_^

Everything is very good if we are talking about the room! There is a kettle, refrigerator, microwave, electric stove and dishes!! Change of towels, cleaning, bathroom accessories, everything is great, Wi-Fi is also good. But!!! A huge number of people in the hotel!! Feels like a train station!!! And constant waiting for elevators, many people go into them, it even becomes stuffy!! Another huge minus is the pool!!! It is on the 6th floor, but you can’t use it!! I have never seen a worse pool anywhere! 0.8 m depth, completely cloudy glass! On the 40th floor there is about the same one, only paid and larger!

There were a lot of ants in the room and the TV wouldn't turn on. I had no choice but to stay there for half a night, but other than the cheap price, there were no advantages at all. It's close to the beach, but that's okay because it was only half a night.

Recommend it. Excellent location. There is an iron, hair dryer, microwave..spacious room..like it very much.

There are many companies in Panorama, but RIS is the best. Haha Clean, good service, good location. It's a shame that I couldn't use the pool, but if you're staying in downtown Nha Trang, I recommend it.

Забронировали номер на двоих взрослых и ребёнка 15 лет номер в отеле. При заселении на ресепшене был взят залог 200 000 донг и сообщили мой номер телефона хозяину номера. В номере давно не было ремонта, мебель очень старая, целая,но такая уже измученная. Душевая шторка вся в плесени. Фото номера на сайте сильно отличается от реальности. Вернёмся к заселению, в номере на троих персон не хватало полотенец - выдан комплект только на двоих. Связавшись с хозяином номера начались "торги" за предоставление нам необходимого комплекта белья. Упирался, но пошёл на встречу нам, но воду и кофе также давали на двоих. В одних из вечеров, нечаянно капнули вином на простыню постели. На следующее утро и последующие все дни проживания хозяин номера в день по несколько раз писал о том,что мы теперь ему должны денег и он собирается забрать наш залог. Причём в правилах проживания нет ни слова про штраф за испачканное бельё. Мы предложили забрать простынь и самим отдать в стирку за наш счёт или отдать деньги за стирку по цене стирки отеля (70 000 донгов). Но хозяин не унимался продолжая писать каждый день и требуя с нас 200 000 донгов за испорченное бельё. После этого инцидента приходилось после смены белья внимательно осматривать бельё на предмет пятен, которые уже были на чистом, только что принесеннном белье. Все проживание только и следили чтоб обслуга приносила чистое белье и самим лишний раз не пользоваться. Не советую для заселения так как это не отель а как ранее говорили ранее это кредо и у них хозяева физические лица

달랏에 있다가 나트랑에서 비행기 타려고 묵었던 호텔... 반나절 연장하려니 않되고.... 다시 하루 연장 다른방 배정 받았음.... 밤 10시에 체크아웃하고 공항으로 이동....
