"Is a good place to have vacation with family and friends , great location just need to walk about 15min to sky avenue. I love morning and night views 🥰 is Beautiful Unfortunately, The aspects that make me dissatisfied in my unit , toilet shower pump is weak , heater problem. The whole tower still under construction going On , and many public place still very dusty. I think next year will the best to stay ."

The best thing about this hotel is the price. RM200 for a king bed on a public holiday felt like a steal. Driving in from SkyAvenue, the road was dark, but the brightly lit parking area gave us high hopes. Check-in via the self-service kiosk was smooth, though finding our room was confusing due to the odd 5-digit numbering. Thankfully, the concierge guided us. First impression of the room: it matched the promo photos. But our excitement ended quickly. The door wouldn’t lock properly and kept beeping. A technician came, hammered the strike plate, and fixed it—hardly reassuring for security. Next came the bathroom. Many reviews mentioned a bad construction smell, and they were right. The shower drained poorly, leaving a strong concrete odor as water pooled. The kitchen looked impressive with plenty of cabinets, but surprisingly had no power sockets near the counter. I had to boil water at the desk instead. The TV was another letdown. Supposedly “smart,” it had no internet or channels. I tried everything—resetting, power cycling—but there was no Wi-Fi option at all. So much for Netflix night. Design-wise, the room looked sleek at first glance, but flaws showed up everywhere: paint splatters in the bathroom, noisy metal racks, and tile flooring that picked up every footprint. The next morning, the sunrise over Genting Highlands was breathtaking—arguably the highlight of our stay. Exploring the hotel, we found most shops, including Hard Rock Café and the rooftop, closed with no operating hours posted. Facilities like the gym, indoor pool, and kids’ zone were open but overcrowded due to the holiday. We skipped breakfast as it wasn’t included. Checkout was quick and smooth. Looking back, the real problem isn’t management, but poor construction quality that doesn’t reflect in typical rating categories like cleanliness, service, or location. The place looks good on the surface, but corners were clearly cut in development. I really wanted to love this hotel—the concept, location, and price are great. But unless management addresses these quality issues, the high ratings are misleading."

"Toilet bowl not clean. Sound proofing not good. Door could not be bolted. Balcony door could not be locked. Reception at Level 12 causing inconveniences. Lift always crowded during peak. Room was inaccessible during check-in due to weak battery in digital lock. Additional bottled water was chargeable at RM5 per bottle despite staying for 3 nights. Victor and Zara were both patient and helpful during our stay."

"Convenient location, especially if you're driving. The amenities are generally acceptable, though there’s room for improvement—particularly with the kitchen utensils, which could be more complete. The bathroom would also benefit from better ventilation to help eliminate the musty smell. Overall, a decent stay with a few areas that could be improved."

"This is our first time staying here, family with a child. Room is spacious, clean & comfortable. Apart from having a problem with fuse box and a bit low water pressure for bidet in toilet, but handled by host quite well and responsive, overall we had a happy stay and my daughter said she wish to come back again in future. Good, friendly and very responsive host. Tysm for the experience stay here and will consider coming back again."
