Very great experience! The staff were very kind, and there's transport for us to have our way to Sky Avenue, we went there for our dinner. The transport just book online, very convenient) having our night activity at Hard Rock too, spend our time to enjoy there. The view is very very nice. Recommend!! 👍

I I always enjoy my stays here, especially the breakfast — it’s consistently great! The rooms are spacious and perfect for families. The café and surrounding areas, including the golf course, are pleasant and well-maintained. The staff are friendly and welcoming, and the views are absolutely wonderful.

The room is clean and the shower has strong pressure and water temperature is hot enough. The staff is friendly and explained everything in detailed. Slight inconvenience with the car park as we need to validate everytime we go out. The swimming pool is quite clean but the jacuzzi is overcrowded by young kids playing in there. The sauna is not hot enough and does not come with water pail.

We arrived at about 1am, their check-in counter was open 24hr, a malay girl receptionist assisted me with check-in and instructed me how to get to the car park, she was friendly and professional. The room was tidy and the view was nice. There was a problem with microwave heating, it wasn't hot at all, and the bathroom sink was a little stuck except for these, overall good. I was lucky enough to upgrade to a 2 bedroom suite, I was impressed with the management of this hotel. My 1st choice hotel👍👍

We booked Scape Hotel via Trip.com for 2 rooms 2 nights and each room costing Rm130/room/night with no breakfast. We checked into Room 812 and 814 from 16 to 18 July 2025. We like both rooms with firm and comfy beds; shower hot water and with strong pump pressure massage massage my neck and back. On top of that there was one unit of water machine SK magic UV sterilized along 8 floor corridor. So we need not drink bottle water. A leather chair in our room 814 of which my daughter told me very nice and comfortable to sit on. Breakfast of Rm38/person inclusive of Asian western and local food. Worth the price.

penthouse 4rooms 3bilik dlm 1 rumah. 1 bilik lg luar rumah. means sebelah jela. privacy sikit mana yg x suka bising2 dgn family lain. living hall only have fan. siang panas bahang. rooms semua besar katil queen.incl aircond. okay✅ only master bedroom je yg ada meja makeup inc cermin. bilik lain semua xde cermin. kena harap kan toilet mirror je👎🏻 toilet size okay.tapi air tersumbat. spoil.tuala berbau ye. busuk gila. dah boleh tukar tuala lain. please note. iron board mcm gampang kaki rosak.dah boleh tukar baru. swimming pool open sampai pukul 10malam. x sesuai utk yg bawak stroller & wheelchair. sbb ada tangga then kena naik lift yg berlainan 2x.kena pakai baju renang sahaja. baju jersey tak boleh. guard halau. kolam ada byk. air suam✅ repeat? tak kot. lift lembab. sekian.

From start to finish, my stay at Resort World Genting- Crockfords was nothing short of outstanding. The lobby itself was stunning — elegant, modern, and inviting. The service throughout my stay was impeccable — the staff were professional, attentive, and always one step ahead of my needs without being intrusive. My room was spacious, beautifully designed, and immaculately clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the linens luxurious, and the in-room amenities top-tier — from the high-end toiletries to the smart lighting and entertainment system. I also had a breathtaking view that made every morning and evening extra special. Resort World Genting- Crockfords speaks of thoughtful planning and genuine care. The round-the-clock service ensured I was comfortable no matter the time of day. It’s a hotel that not only meets expectations but exceeds them — especially when it comes to looking after guests late into the night. The only slight issue was the car park validation as we were checking out. The mgt took more than 40 minutes to validate the free parking. As we waited, I thought the staff could offer some drinks but they did not. Overall, still a very good experience staying at Crockfords.

First World Hotel Genting has Excellent central location and all the adventure happening at one place. From indoor theme park outdoor theme park cable car and alot of dinning options. We as a family booked 02 rooms. Beds were comfortable and soft. Room size is too small but we have enjoyed alot. The only issue is Check in process which can take upto 3 - 4 hours waiting time.

The comfort of the room is good, but it is very difficult to find the hotel from the mall. The signs are quite unclear. When checking in, the counter charged an extra RM10, which was said to be tax, which made us feel very strange because there were no other hotels when we checked in. We were notified later. We made a mistake and it was returned to us. The waiter was not clear about the procedure.
