New Hotels in Jeju City

"The price is much cheaper than other hotels, and the location is very convenient. There are many souvenir shops and Olive Young nearby, and a 7-Eleven convenience store next to the reception. There's a delicious fried food stall to the right of the hotel exit. Garbage is collected daily. The interior is relatively old, but very clean."

"Jeju Wave Hotel was a great place to stay. Rooms were very nice and quiet, clean and well maintained. The staff was very friendly. We stayed there in mid April and was disappointed that the pool was not open yet. I didn’t find any information online saying that the pool would not be available, but I may have just missed it."

"Self-check-in was okay, but I was shocked to find there's no sink in the room! I had to use the showerhead to brush my teeth 🚰. I messaged customer service on WeChat, but their reply was totally unhelpful and irrelevant."

They were very quick to respond and were able to provide all the necessary items that we needed, e.g. batteries for the remote controls, as well as explain patiently how I should have the boiler on even when I left the room (remember to put it on 'Go out' option!) "The mattress on the bed kept sliding around, which was really inconvenient. It wouldn't stay put on the bed frame at all. Also, the bathroom door wouldn't stay closed and kept swinging open 😅, and there was a strong odor in the bathroom. Aside from those two issues, the design is lovely and the location is great! They provide separate instructions for parking. The TV is also very large and supports OTT services 🙂"

"This stay deserves a perfect 100! The handsome owner was incredibly enthusiastic and attentive, responding to messages quickly and solving any issues for us immediately. All the staff were very friendly and always smiling. 👍🏻 They even braved the rain with my husband to help us find a parking spot! The first floor has a communal kitchen area equipped with bottled water, a water dispenser, a fridge, cooking utensils, and tableware. There's no elevator, but the staircase is wide and easy to use. They proactively asked if we needed help carrying our luggage upstairs, though we managed ourselves. One evening, there was an English-speaking social gathering, and they warmly invited us to join. Unfortunately, my English isn't great, so I couldn't participate much. 😅 There's a hair straightener available on the second floor. The third floor has a washing machine and dryer (laundry detergent is provided). The location is also very convenient; you can walk to Dongmun Market and Chilseong Street, and it's close to the bus stop. The room was a bit small but perfectly adequate and very clean. The bed was comfortable. A hairdryer, shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner were provided. They regularly perform pest control. If I ever have the chance to visit Jeju Island again, I'll definitely stay here!"

"Very clean, I will carefully ask about the stay experience before and during my stay. The uncle is very nice, and I introduced the situation here. When I come back and leave, I will care about whether it is comfortable. It was 12 o'clock in the evening, the floor heating in the room was already hot, and the music was opened. The moment I opened the door, I was cured and felt that everything was worth it. Towels, paper towels and all necessary items are sufficient. When you leave, remember to sort the garbage. Jeju Island is beautiful and spent a very relaxing five days."
