The place is decent however the service has zero ratings the staff definitely needs training to be courteous to guests.

Very good stay I highly recommend this hotel. Staff is super nice and breakfast is yum.

On Wednesday night March 5th I stayed in room 110. The male or female staff working that night was terrible. They gave me a room with a broken window and the room was very cold. The bed sheets even the pillows had a terrible smell. And they gave me the worst welcome I have ever encountered since I stayed there for 6 nights. I suggest they should be trained better.

That place was one of the lovely place. Cozy and clean. Defo I will come back

The hotel exceeded my expectations. I have stayed in this area a couple times over the years because it is close to family in Brooklyn. This year the regular hotel I use was unavailable but luckily I found Tru. Upon checking in I was warmly welcomed and quickly was up to my room. The room set up was perfect for my needs with a nice desk space for work. The bathroom was huge and very clean. The staff was so helpful and friendly, I will definitely be staying here again whenever I visit Brooklyn.

Location: Very close to the subway station, just a few minutes' walk and a turn. The street where the hotel is located is relatively quiet. But the sanitation at the corner of the main street is average. Facilities and services: Overall new. There is no kettle in the room, and two bottles of water and potato chips are given upon check-in. The garbage is taken out and the bed is made every day, but it seems that the floor is not swept. Breakfast is a fast food meal.

Location was good but the way to the open traffic there was a lot of rubbish everywhere and it smelled, breakfast buffet was okay, only the selection of the buffet was small and all the cutlery, plates, glasses were not good, everything was made of paper and plastic, not environmentally friendly, the hotel has games on offer between billiards, computer, and board games, very good, staff are nice,

The hotel is new, clean and hygienic. Hot water, coffee and tea are available all day on the underground floor. There is a billiard table in the gym. The American breakfast is delicious. The front desk lady is very enthusiastic and the service is good. The hotel is in a good location, about 4 minutes away from the subway station, and there is a self-service laundry room about 3 minutes walk from the hotel, which solves the laundry problem. Highly recommended.

The hotel environment is clean, the breakfast variety is not that great, there are relatively few restaurants around, and the sanitary conditions on the street are a bit messy.

Convenient roadside parking in front of the door. The room facilities lack a coffee machine so hot water cannot be boiled. The service attitude is OK and the breakfast is also OK.

It was nice because it was right in front of the subway station. There wasn't much to do in the neighborhood.
