I wanted to cancel my reservation as I made wrong reservation. They didn't want to refund even partially my reservation or exchange the reservation for the lalit mumbai. Terrible customer service. I call to to complain and they redirected me to a fake number

Room service is extremely expensive.
A sandwich or hamburger costs over 3000 yen.
There are no places to eat nearby, so you will inevitably become a starving refugee. The facilities and service are great, but it is best not to eat in the hotel.

Bed was too soft for my liking. Other than that, it was all good. Can’t beat its location! Very accessible and breakfast was pretty decent too.
Lounge / bar at lobby level was nice and was showing IPL live which was a bonus.

The hotel is a little bit aged but well maintained. The breakfast is good with different selection. Easy to access some major spots in New Delhi. Good value for a short stay here!
