I would say not to book this hotel. Because what was there when I booked was not fulfilled in any way. The room is not cleaned. The condition of the wash room is very bad. The staff is not willing to help in any way. Rating 0/10

Very clean rooms, the location is great, the staff was very helpful, kind and nice and they serve different breakfast every day (some food is very tasty other could improve but you can enjoy it anyway)
We would definitely book this hotel again if we go to Delhi..

Dreadful. I arrived at the property at 0200hrs.The place was dismal. Greeted by a young *** who told me I wasn't staying there and he walked me 100.metres to another 'sister' property. Again very dismal.
Shown to a room that was dirty and grubby.
No WiFi, no hot water, bathroom was a mess.
Managed to get some sleep, what else do you do at 0300hrs after a 11 hour flight.
Breakfast. Another tale of woe. Told to follow another scruffy young *** Into the street and walked for about 100 metres before declining to go down a scruffy side street.
Abandoned breakfast and headed for the Metro some 1km away on foot.
I have read previous reviews and they do not tally with my experience at this property.
Is Trip.com actually policing these reviews which I now believe are fraudulent?

There is nothing good about this hotel. Dirty, stinky, also the one of the receptionists so warmth. Never repeat again this hotel and surely highly not recemonded..

I paid in full at trip.com at discounted rate of Rs 600 per day. During checkin, I was asked to pay another Rs 600/day if not they would not accept me. I had no choice but to pay. Typical bait and switch scam. My stay was for three weeks, i stayed for a week and left.
Breakfast is not included, horrible stench from bathroom, they would cut off ac on purpose everyday and multiple tines a day, dusty, too much traffic and constant horn blows all day to late night.

Unless you can tolerate the massive constant traffic noise from the busy street and can put up with walking up rhe stairs then this is not the hotel you want to be in. Dont believe in hotel websites photos. dont expect any service from reception staff too
