It's a good hotel in a very good location. The front desk staff are very helpful especially Mr Aryan who is very helpful and friendly. The restaurant is average and breakfast is also average. The staff of the restaurant needs some extra training for services and dealing with guests. The new outside cook who makes all the omelettes and all needs some extra training as well. I have to call the main chef again to make an omelette for me because the first one was raw and tasteless. Overall stay was average this time as I am a frequent visitor of this hotel.

It was very clean and I had a comfortable stay. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options. I stayed there towards the end of my trip, and it was very helpful that they had breakfast options other than spicy food. The staff were kind and friendly, so I'm really glad I stayed there.

I stayed here on a business trip. The outlets were not the universal type, but were the same as in India, so I had trouble charging my laptop. I realized that this is an old hotel. Breakfast was mostly Indian food. There were people who seemed to be a group of Japanese tourists, and I was impressed by the fact that a lot of Japanese was being spoken in the restaurant.
