"We were in a single room apartment in the hotel and our dog was with it. The hotel is very quiet and in a few steps we were already in the beautiful nature. Also to the centre of the city it was just a few minutes walk. The city is beautiful and not overlooking. Our small apartment was equipped with everything we need. The bathroom was spacious and has a hairdryer and great cosmetic mirrors. The room was bright, friendly and modernly furnished. The balcony was large and we had a beautiful view of the mountain. Despite children and also other dogs in the hotel was nothing to hear in the room. Very very pleasant. Sauna was also available, but we didn't use it. The parking area is also large enough. The staff is very friendly and premature. That was very good that we could not only check in online, but also open room and hotel doors with the phone 👌. And for all dog owners - dog toilet is right behind the hotel. In Nesselwang you are very dog friendly. Clear recommendation for a holiday here 👍🫶!"

"My friends and I visited this hotel to have some food, but unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. When we first arrived, the staff welcomed us, so we expected a pleasant visit. We sat down and looked at the menus, but they were not in English. When we politely asked for English menus, the server simply handed us the same menus again. She then asked if we were planning to eat, and when we said yes, her attitude changed completely. She rudely told us, "You can't sit there; move over here", before throwing the menus onto the table and walking away. The lack of basic courtesy and poor customer service left us feeling unwelcome, so we decided to get up and leave without ordering. First impressions were positive, but the service that followed was unacceptable. We walked down the road to a lovely Thai restaurant called Mina Asia, where we were welcomed by a lovely woman; the food was delish and the service was exceptional."
