"The hotel is a nice garden, with a delicious garden in the middle of many olives, and offers a pleasant and rich stay with amen discovered as the excellent kitchen treated by Torquato and his wife with all of the local products of a prelibate and accurate choice. The rooms are clean and spacious, the place is quiet and has a good parking. The menu is rich in local piety, all excellent and prepared at the moment. Guests are nice and very available. If you want to explore the Black Valley, stay at the Fosca Umbra."

"Liked · We were 4 travellers and requested to stay in 1 room. - The room provided was very large and spacious. - The location was also excellent, close to all main amenities, with supermarket and restaurants very, and yet secluded and very quiet. Also very close to some seeing spots, with Centro Storico Narni (a beautiful medieval town) only 10 minutes away by car. - We were travelling by car and a large parking area is available. - Beds large and comfy, mattresses very comfortable - Staff very friendly, and a kind receptionist gave us a discount voucher to visit Cascate delle Marmore, which is unmissable. - Good breakfast, croissants and cakes were delicious - Overall a very pleasant stay and the hotel exceeded our expectations Disliked · Only very small complaints which didn't diminish our stay, but perhaps can suggest minor improvements. - The room was well heated, which was fine for me as the weather was cold. I understand it was central heating. However, it would be ideal if the room temperature can be adjusted. One of our group found the heat excessive - Bathroom of medium size and comfortable. Only issue was shower area which was very small. - My companions loved breakfast as they have a sweet tooth =) However, I prefer savoury items, and mostly only sweet items were available.. I suggest that maybe more savoury items are available."

"From 30 December 2025 to 1 January 2026 we were guests of this wonderful structure and we were literally chocolated too far .. wonderful all!!! .. The structure with its clean rooms are welcome and that say all staff .. All very professional and comfortable and especially Mr. Mauritius at the reception.. very gentle and very available .. I would not recommend the farming( farm) the enchanted hill where we spent the first year's dinner.. A disappointment under all views.. no care of the rooms, very Spartan.. at low levels of traction... brought cold to the tables... improvised service with various forgets.. Portions from star-restaurants but star-restaurants had no parfum!!!! A end of year that we will certainly not forget but not for positive .. everything else!!"

"The b&b is nice, with a swimming pool outdoor and immersed in green. The room had air conditioned, the parties in common no. The room has no TV. We saw the worlds end in a living room but we died warmly. The family room we occupied was a chair, with four beds, and we appreciated the room that the children's beds were a little out of the room and the old children were pleased. The bathroom had no shower, and the floor was all wet; after the shower was cleaned with the water, otherwise you were sliding; the bedroom had a stone-slip to get there very uncomfortable. Although I had read it in the reviews, it was even worse, as well as inconvenience, as well as security, and if there was an emergency there is the risk of being trapped."
