My stay was absolutely delightful! The room was spacious, bright, and designed with a modern minimalist style that created a relaxing atmosphere. Really bad service. Many mistakes from the crew including wrong invoicing and taking into account the number of people we were in the room. Also too expensive for what it is in reality. Not recommended.

Keep your hotel room cards properly. They charge for lost cards when most hotels now dont care about them now.

Great location (20min distance from airport), great service(ryokan style, english speaking employees, taxi reservations), great amenities including onsen items and fridge drinks (contemporary beers and high quality sake, coffee, traditional tea), great outfits, great breakfast, great nearby restaurants, great price, great hygiene EVERYTHING IS GREAT

Room is very nice, the hot bath on ground floor was great. It was not possible to purchase breakfast and dinner on arrival, so better book in advance.

My one-night stay at this hotel was nothing short of frustrating and disappointing due to blatant deception and cheating. Despite booking a superior suite twin room advertised as a special deal on Trip.com, the ordeal began at check-in. The front desk couldn't initially locate my reservation, causing unnecessary stress after a long journey. When they finally found it, they claimed I had only booked for one person, despite the room clearly accommodating two. To add insult to injury, they forced us to pay an extra 33,000 yen for the additional person for one night, despite Trip.com's lack of options for adding more guests. This deceitful tactic not only left a sour taste in my mouth but also highlighted the hotel's lack of integrity. It's appalling that they would resort to such deceptive practices, essentially cheating guests out of their hard-earned money. Furthermore, the onsen experience was subpar, with just one small bath that is excessively hot. It's clear that this hotel prioritizes deceit over customer satisfaction. I strongly advise against booking their supposed "special deals" on Trip.com, as they are nothing more than a ploy to deceive unsuspecting guests. Save yourself the frustration and avoid this dishonest establishment at all costs.

This hotel prepared travel packs for Sekkisei, and I didn't even open the box for one night. The hair dryer, toothbrush, and comb are all very textured. The dry and wet separation is also very good. The shower, face washing, and toilet are in three places, which is better than many expensive hotels. The hot spring on the first floor is also good. The mini bar is free. If it weren't a little far from Tokyo, I really want to stay in this hotel when I go to Japan in the future. I was shocked to see the bad reviews at the hotel last night. When you come to Japan, you should stay in a classic Japanese-style room. The room is relatively large compared to Tokyo, the hygiene is good, and the hot spring is comfortable~ It is very close to Narita Airport. It is recommended to stay there the day before leaving Japan and visit Narita Omotesando and Shinshoji Temple. There are few people and the scenery is good~

Facilities: You can experience the bathhouse on the first floor. It is hot water with black rock effect (actually, it is said to have this effect by putting a few pieces of black rocks in hot water). It is very clean and there are few people. The skin care products are all Sekkisei, which is very good. Supplies: This Dyson hair dryer really saved me! We used it to blow the quilt with quick drying and high air volume! Otherwise, we would have suffered a lot this night! Each room has this Dyson, and the yukatas are also very nice. They also gave us a small basket 🧺 to put things. Next to it is Shinshoji Temple, which is very big and can't be visited in an hour. Behind it is Naritasan Park. This street is really beautiful and you can take pictures. The location is really good. It costs about 200 RMB to take a taxi to Narita.
