The Hedistar Hotel Narita Reviews

Great experience staying in Hedistar, cheap, nice clean decent size rooms and free shuttle bus to the airport. However the best thing was their service, i forgot my external battery in the room so i called hotel from the airport and they sent the item through shuttle bus driver and i got it just in time before my flight!

I had a very comfortable and pleasant stay at The Hedistar Hotel Narita. The location is excellent — just a short walk from Naritasan Temple and Omotesando Street, which made it easy to explore the local area. The room was clean and cozy, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I also appreciated the free shuttle to Narita Airport. Perfect for a short stay before or after a flight. Would definitely stay here again!

Otel temiz,havlular her gün yenilenmektedir, ikiz yatak olduğu için tercih sebebi. kahvaltısı her gün 6:00 ile 8:30 arası aynı çeşitlilikte çıkmakta yeterli seviyede çeşit var .arkaya bakan odalarda pencereden ağaçlık alandan çok fazla ses gelmekte (çiftleşme çağrıları). 5 dakika mesafede büyük bir marketi olan AVM bulunmakta.Keisei narita istasyonuna yürüme 15 dakika mesafe, merkeze 3 aktarma ile 1 buçuk saat sürmekte her durakta duran ve durmayan seferler var.5 günlük Great Tokyo Pass aldık ulaşım sınırsız oldu.Havaalanı alma ve bırakma işlemleri için kendi sitesine girip rezervasyon yapmak gerek 15 dakika sürmekte .çamaşır yıkma odası var ücretli, şemsiyeler ücretsiz.

Very good place to stay close to the airport and free transport to the airport and back

Not too bad to stay waiting for the flight for another day, few restaurants around, supermarket and shop in the walking distance, room size ok but a little damp smell and cigarette smell even requested for non smoking room, air con make a funny sound when turn on, so far not so bad for the price

The Hotel is very nice and clean and their staff are so polite and helpful. I really liked everything about the hotel. The price is also reasonable. The thing i liked most is their free bus service to airport. It saved a lot of money. Thanks to the hotel management team and all the Staffs for their Hospitality.

Ok for this price. A few restaurants nearby so that you do not need to go really far away for meals.

clean and quiet. we booked this hotel because they offer a free bus transfer to narita airport. we arrived to terminal 1 in 30 minutes.

The hotel is approx. 10 minutes walk to the Narita City for our last minutes souvenir hunt and around 15 minutes walk to the JR Narita Station or Kensei Line which is very convenient. Plus there are quite a number of convenient stores here.

The hotel located nearby narita airport and provides the guest with shuttle bus service. room was big enough, complete amnesties, and quite complete breakfast. There is a convenience store. I really like its close proximity to Naritasan and some local markets where i spent my morning before my departure.

The most unpleasant stay that I got in this whole Tokyo trip! This place was a total scam 😡 was asked to pay additional fee albeit made the right booking, ain’t wanna post the whole long story here as it spoils my mood remembering it but pls stay away from this hotel, seriously 😒

Free shuttle service from Narita Terminal 2 to the hotel . Nice and clean. We didn't get to go around the area as it was raining.

Ideal for layover transiting to/from Narita airport. Hotel provides airport pick-up & drop-off in the morning, afternoon & evening. Although located further away from JR & Keisei line stations, there is a FamilyMart convenient store in the hotel lobby, AEON mall & restaurants nearby. Walking to Naritasan, Shinsoji Temple, and the Omotedsando Street. Rooms are larger than those in Tokyo.  Recommend to stay here 1 or 2 nights before your flight out from Narita airport or relax before taking the Keisei line to central Tokyo.
