房間乾淨整潔 有洗衣機 冰箱 在炎熱的夏天晚上回酒店方便清洗衣物 可以買一些水果飲料放冰箱 很方便 出行方便 小區門口有公交站 附近一公里多是南京南站 很好 連住一週

嗝音一點也不好 而且非常吵 酒店的阿姨老是來一趟來一趟 好不容易每次睡著了她就來 而且外面非常吵 就隔音我必須吐槽 還有住的 感覺環境衞生都不乾淨 而且房間還小 都不能抬頭 烏漆嘛黑的 睡也睡不好 事很多 這是我住過最差的地方沒有之一了 反正我非常無語的 住完睡醒頭都是疼的反正不怎麼樣 拿外賣都得自己下去拿 沒有電梯 外賣也送不上來 反正沒有一處是好的 避雷吧真的睡個覺被吵醒好多次 裏面的東西跟好久沒洗過一樣 避雷避雷避雷 以後不會在去了 我跟我朋友都住的很不愉快 還144 就這還144 😅

房子是一棟別墅，好幾層，一層有一個客廳，一個餐廳，幾個房間，兩個大門，和外面是通的，感覺不太安全，外面的人能隨意進出，院門的鎖壞了。
房間有點小，設施齊全，但是沒有免費的礦泉水，而且隔音很差，外面人説話走路都能聽得清清楚楚，小區交通還挺方便的，有共享單車和公交，從南京南坐公交就能到小區，離地鐵和商場也不遠，走一段路就到宜家了。
