Staff at the reception were super friendly and helpful. My room was upgraded, and the view was fantastic. The room and bed were clean and comfortable. It's also near Laomendong and Confucius temple.

Great hotel with good amenities, including laundry facilities and buffet breakfast.
The only challenge is slow internet, which wasn't fast enough for our business video meetings and online trading.
Special gratitude to Feng, receptionist at the hotel who went out of her way to address all our needs and make our stay as pleasant as possible.
Her help and pleasant attitude made a huge difference in our experience.

Absolutely fabulous hotel for our family of 5. We had two rooms next to each other and the amenities were great with good room size with space for luggage and a place to sit. The staff were the highlight of our stay and it makes all the difference, they were gracious and polite and friendly and despite my very poor Mandarin attempts, they were always helpful with no eye rolls or patronizing tones. All the front desk staff were amazing from helping us to order late suppers to organizing some medicine for our sick child. The location was perfect for a morning stroll by the canal and close to one of the main gate wall. Highly recommended and we would come and stay again.

This hotel was just excellent in so many ways. The service was efficient, warm and faultless. The breakfast selection was good. The rooms are very clean, high tech and well designed. The aesthetics of the hotel is also charming - well curated art pieces on every floor. Location was ok there are some restaurants and convenience stores nearby and it’s away from the Main Street but still close enough. Highly recommended and would love to try out the other brands under them.

We had a fantastic stay here. The rooms are beautifully designed and the staff is wonderfully helpful. Breakfast is not very diverse but high quality, featuring an omelette station, duck blood soup, and Nanjing salted duck. The room was peaceful and the location is perfect, 10 min walk from Laomendong. Would definitely stay again!

Very clean facilities! The hospitality was top-notch. The breakfast was wholesome with homemade and homegrown food. The family is super friendly and generous with their time in explaining the localities. My roommate forgot to bring her allergy medicine, and the landlord brought her to pharmacy! Truly enjoy our stay here.
