帶女兒出來畢業旅行，全季一直都有住，環境設施都還好，服務也很不錯，前台人員熱情周到，出門的時候還讓我們帶瓶水，雖然不值錢，但是有被暖到。這家位置離鐘山風景區近，但是沒有地鐵，周圍也沒有吃早餐的地方，顯得不方便。

酒店位置不錯，距離南博走路20min左右，可以沿着月牙湖公園走一走。店員態度很好很熱情，響應很迅速。

入住過很多城市的全季，這個是環境設施最差勁的一個店！服務也很差，首先説環境，很多位置的牆紙都是開翹的，牆面油污、臟的沒有清潔；然後房間還有很大的一股發黴的味道，還有蟲子！
再説服務，入住過後在平台上聯繫開發票的事情，每天聯繫都沒人反饋，打電話也沒有人答覆。所有聯繫記錄平台都有顯示。
添加微信之後反饋這些問題，客服人員就又是沒有下文不解決問題了。對全季真的失望

本來不想評論的，但實在忍不住，幫避雷吧！房間小的可憐，一張雙人床是貼牆壁放。最可怕的是，晚上吵得要死，路上車流聲巨大，一夜被搞醒好幾次。關了窗又密不透風。這真是最差的全季酒店了，沒有之一。

第一次住到這麼差的全季。五百多元訂的酒店，走到樓道內彷彿來到了青旅。走廊狹小燈光昏暗且充滿異味，房間內還發現隔壁房間客人的外賣訂單，向前台反映後竟然以客房阿姨工作量大、沒注意到為由推脱，如何處理絲毫未提及。房間裏就兩個插頭，隔音措施也不到位幾乎一晚上都沒睡着。走廊上説話聲在房間內都能聽見。第二天的早餐更拉垮，蒼蠅在餐廳內飛來飛去也沒有人管。
