是我住過第四家麗思卡爾頓，也是體驗感最差的一家，第一天辦理入住前台人員是熱情的但是確實不專業，手續辦理時間長，辦理完卻沒有提示我從那個方向上房間，也沒人給我帶路，更可笑是也沒給做房間介紹，水和一些物品放在哪裡，基本的服務常識是沒有的，第3⃣️天退房第一前台人員接待是熱情的但是就是很隨意回答我相關問題，我在店消費了，也沒給清楚消費結算解釋，第二個更是相當冷漠回答我問題，其餘在房間接觸的工作人員是熱情而且真誠待人，在電梯遇到的工作人員也是很nice。
