攜程老客户20多年客户，史上碰到最爛，最不講理，早餐差到極點的酒店。簡直可以最差冠頂。我們訂了2天，第二天一早起來退房，居然不肯退。扣我們百分之40的房費。真是那麼**酒店。第一次碰到。大家以後睜亮眼睛，千萬別去這種酒店，太嚇人了。不講道理的酒店第一回遇見。和**沒區別。

已經第三次入住了，訂了親子複式套房，每個主題都不錯，孩子都挺喜歡的，但是唯獨早餐，真的太差了，九點去吃早飯基本沒什麼吃的了，衹有稀飯和炒飯還能吃，還有點酸奶和牛奶能喝，玉米、紅薯、雞蛋全部冷掉，幾個孩子基本沒吃什麼東西。你可以早餐收費高一些，種類弄多一些，餐盤下面放點加熱的東西，起碼保證食物是熱的。

酒店位置很好，景區中間位置，這個季節的景區太美了，出行很方便。衞生條件一般般，沒有細看，但是地毯太臟！小孩脱鞋跑了五分鐘，白襪子都黑了，能接受地毯有點臟，但是這次是太臟了！酒店外形還是挺不錯的，拍照也挺好看的。服務態度也不錯。訂了兩間複式套房，提前四五天訂的，入駐的時候一個維修工跟我們一起進房間，説是二樓的柵欄門壞了，要修一下，整個維修過程不長，但是很奇怪，為什麼不在我們來之前修好，鉅的木頭也留在原地，也沒人來清理一下。雖然不影響入住，但是給人感覺不好。早餐真的是一言難盡，包子發糕硬到砸**，價格很便宜，但是真不值得。總體來説還行吧，沒什麼大問題。

酒店很安靜，周圍沒有任何噪聲。早上起來就可以在公園裡玩，很方便。小孩早上自己出去玩，也不用擔心有車。休假的好去處。

多次入住，主要陪孩子參加活動，環境很好，房間也不錯，酒店服務員態度都很好，很熱情，園區裏還有露營和燒烤，人也不是很多，非常愜意！

基本上不會輕易差評！酒店衞生極差。我們定的複試家庭套房，二樓垃圾桶垃圾都沒清理，一樓衞生間角落都是很臟的。洗漱台擺件上面也是一層浮沉！再説一下洗澡，浴池冷熱水放出來的水都是有沙子的，淋浴房的水壓很低。除了服務還可以，其他的都很差。
