There's plenty of free parking right outside the hotel. The front desk staff were professional, very friendly, and enthusiastic. The room was spotless and fully equipped. What's more, they even have robots that deliver takeout orders, and there's a laundry room available on the first floor.

It was incredibly convenient that food deliveries were brought right to my room door by robots. Given the scorching heat, I practically sampled all of Nanjing's local specialties through delivery! There are also tons of great restaurants nearby, so my trip was truly all about eating! The front desk staff were amazing; they gave me so many excellent recommendations for local dishes. Fantastic service overall!

While booking, I read in the reviews that there was a large, handsome Alaskan Malamute at the front desk. I met him during check-in and couldn't resist giving him a pet; he was very friendly and well-behaved. The front desk staff were also very welcoming and even helped me get a picture with him.
