酒店整體乾淨衞生，交通也比較便利，地鐵2號線漢中門站3口出來穿過漢中門橋再拐個彎就到了。但是前台服務有待提高，早餐種類太少，既然有早餐，就儘量多提供多一些種類。

江蘇之旅換了四個城市，住過的條件最差的錦江之星，房間巨小，還特別吵，房間不提供抽紙，廁所洗手枱特別小沒地方放東西，馬桶旁邊放紙的地方蓋子是曲面的沒辦法放手機（此設計大不理解）！！！
最爛的是並沒有自己的餐廳，樓下一樓一家飯館附帶早餐服務，雖然憑房卡一人衹要18，但是，就這18也完全不值，幾乎沒什麼東西，水果沒有，就簡單的稀飯➕兩種炒菜➕鹹菜，這真的是住過的最爛最奇葩也最貴的一家錦江之星了。

最近因出差入住了這家錦江之星，整體體驗有亮點也有不足。先説説優點。酒店的地理位置十分優越，周邊交通便捷，距離地鐵站很近，無論是乘坐公共交通出行，還是打車都很方便。附近也有不少餐館、便利店，日常生活所需基本都能滿足。客房內的環境乾淨整潔，然而，美中不足的是隔音效果實在不盡如人意。平常沖馬桶，吹風機的這些就算了，不能忍的是凌晨3點隔壁入住了一位嗓音渾厚的先生和他的朋友，他們在門口大聲的説話，進了屋裡也高聲討論，全都聽的很清楚，從此睡眠被打斷，右邊隔壁房間的姐妹可能也被吵醒，開始公放聽歌，動靜也聽得清清楚楚，説話聲、開關門聲都能傳過來。尤其是在夜深人靜的時候，這些聲音格外明顯，嚴重影響了睡眠質量。原本一天的工作就已經很疲憊，想要在酒店睡個好覺，卻因為隔音問題難以實現，實在有些遺憾。希望酒店方面能夠重視隔音問題並加以改進，畢竟良好的睡眠環境對於住店客人來説是非常重要的。如果隔音問題能夠得到解決，相信這家酒店會更受歡迎，我也會更願意再次選擇入住。

國慶最後兩天到南京有事需要住宿，在網上對比了許多評價、環境和價格，選擇了這家酒店，訂了兩間房，房間乾淨整潔，用品配備齊全，酒店位置距離幾個景點和省人民醫院很近，坐地鐵出行方便，而且有免費停車場，前台服務熱情，很值得推薦！

衞生比較乾淨床上布草的質量優良，毛巾、浴液等質量一般。前台客服服務好，提前辦了入住。位置優越，周邊購物吃飯方便。房間在1樓，室內空氣不是很好，房間隔音比較差。

酒店位置挺好，旁邊就是莫愁湖公園和秦淮河，房間乾淨衞生，停車場也很大，適合自駕的朋友，去哪也都很方便，退房的時候把東西遺落在酒店了，後來酒店工作人員幫忙郵寄給我了，非常感謝，以後來南京還會選擇住這裏！
