Location: Very close to the Liucun subway station, convenient for travel. Room: Clean, hygienic, large and reasonably designed Service: The staff at the hotel and Ctrip have a very good service attitude and are very patient. After staying for two nights, the flyer and quilt cover were not changed. Normally, they should be changed every day. Also, the front desk was quite indifferent. The central air conditioner was very noisy. I didn't sleep well. It made my throat and nose dry, so I turned it off immediately. The toilet was not very powerful and I had to flush it again and again. The blue power light on the mirror was always on and could not be turned off, which affected my sleep. The operation of the TV was also very noisy. Slightly complicated. The buffet breakfast is very rich, and there is also breakfast if you get up late.

The accommodation conditions are very good and the bed is comfortable to sleep on. The room is well lit, and it's nighttime when the curtains are drawn. There are disposable toothbrushes, slippers, and shoe cloths in the room. You don’t have to worry if you don’t bring them when you go out. There is free WiFi in every room. You can connect by verifying your mobile phone number. The Internet speed is very fast. When I downloaded TV series, it was 2M/s+. There is a restaurant on the fourth floor when you turn right on the elevator. Free breakfast is available from 7 to 10 o'clock. There are many kinds of breakfast, various tastes, various local delicacies, Chinese and Western styles. There is also a laundry room on the fourth floor. It is very close to the subway station, but there are no shared bicycles nearby, so it takes 5 minutes to walk.

Very poor accommodation experience this time. It was a cold day. The water heater was faulty and the water temperature was very low. The hotel did not provide any notice or reminder. It was already very cold after taking a shower. I called the front desk to ask for a bathrobe. The operator at the front desk told me that there was no bathrobe. There was only zero. Bathrobes were only provided in the first room. After deliberation for a long time, they were still not willing to provide them, but they were directly delivered to them later. As a hotel front desk, the service attitude is too poor and there is no emergency response capability. I directly asked the front desk to contact the manager on duty to contact me to handle it. The manager on duty contacted me at work and wanted to send cold medicine, but I refused. Today I checked out and communicated with the on-duty staff frequently about this matter. The on-duty manager was apologetic. I took a cold shower last night and gave me a cold and headache. It was a very bad experience.
