帶老媽南京遊，入住香格里拉，為愛點燈的聖誕節已經佈置好了，隨手抓拍都是氛圍感大片。位置也非常好，緊靠玄武湖，窗外景色很美，酒店員工服務態度非常好，最主要的是心心念唸的江南灶在一樓，太方便品嚐美食了，還可以停機坪打卡，出遊節目增加👍👍👍

本次入住香格里拉是比較失望的，首先，作為一個老牌五星級酒店，在辦理入住時的小哥，沒有一點笑容，對酒店也沒有介紹，不説別的五星級，就對比前一晚我們住的德基附近的酒店服務就差不少，訂單裏麪包含的mini吧飲品贈送服務也沒有跟我們提，還得我們去確認，後面安排的房間，我們上去後竟然還有人在裏面查房？體驗感真的差。但是後面叫的客房服務的大媽、還有早餐餐廳的服務員服務倒是很好，還有早餐也很好吃，很豐富，稍微挽救了一下印象，希望香格里拉能改進一下吧，

地理位置很不錯，離地鐵非常近，去哪裡都方便！一進大堂就有聖誕氣氛了。
前台給我們升級了房間，正對玄武湖，風景很不錯。還去了46樓的停機坪參觀，很出片。
房間衞生乾淨不錯。
早飯東西很多，就是高峯期間人也多需要等位。一樓的江南灶是黑珍珠二星，值得再去！

想着生活要有點儀式感。金秋十一月趁着馬上要到廿週年紀念日了，找個地方來度個小假。
前段時間通過攜程網上直播間訂的酒店。網上最近盛傳一句話“法拉利老了還是法拉利！”南京香格里拉就是。走廊地毯護牆板水晶吊燈，看着就還是那樣經典。酒店還是很傳統，房間設施齊全。床墊和枕頭都相當舒適。
客房服務阿姨很好。人很nice全程微笑輕聲細語。幫客人及時解決了問題。讓客人也很開心也很滿意。
馬上十二月了要聖誕節🎄酒店大堂布置很温馨，靚麗。
住酒店客人可去樓頂直升機停機坪打卡拍照看個四周風景。
住酒店客人通過客房服務還可以直接訂黑珍珠二鑽餐廳，也很是方便。
住酒店客人入住當天報備車牌號。住酒店中進出自由這點也很方便。
住酒店客人臨走時還會收到伴手禮，這點也很欣喜！
酒店早餐品種很豐富也很好吃。兩天都吃了正宗南京鴨血粉絲湯和南京小籠包。
總之很滿意，下次再來。

商務出差很適合，新模範馬路站下來步行3分鐘就可以到達，前台工作人員服務熱情，保潔阿姨有求必應，還有温馨的開夜床服務，酒店早餐很豐盛，景色也很美，特別感謝值班經理的耐心接待，半夜也會及時回覆消息，下次會再來
