房間很舒服 設施方面也非常完善，空調製冷效果好，衞生間的水壓穩定，熱水供應充足，洗漱用品的品質也很高。
最讓我滿意的還是酒店的服務，從前台辦理入住時的熱情接待，到服務人員，有求必應，響應速度很快，讓人覺得特別舒心，而且酒店離各大景點很近 交通很方便 旅行很舒服

我想對去南京旅行住的這家酒店説超級超級超級超級喜歡，房間也許不是特別大，但是麻雀雖小，五臟俱全，第一天晚上住的滿意，所以果斷決定第二天續租，續租的時候老闆，也很細心的把衞生都打掃乾淨，並且及時幫我們補充了生活用品，走的時候非常不捨得南京這座城市，玩的很開心，住的很開心，感謝下次來南京還會來這家住哦～～

很不錯交通也很方便 大家第一次去酒店定位新立基大廈就到門口了 房間是可以看到玄武湖的 房間佈置也很乾凈整潔 感覺房間也可以拍出來美美的照片。 就是洗手間那個台階容易打滑腳底有水的時候 沒有門卡還是一點點🤏不太方便每次開關門都要摁那個 房間總體來説走廊不隔音 但是外面車流的聲音關上窗户是聽不到的。 那個床和枕頭很舒服 我比較喜歡這個回彈性好的 那個護髮素很不錯👍 我反正頭髮洗的時候順順的 一整個很贊 這次南京行很開心 不論吃的住的玩的都很滿意😀

這次住的房間超出預期！裝修是清爽的淺色調，床特別軟乎，純白床品摸起來質感很好，睡了個好覺。窗户視野開闊，白天陽光灑進來很温馨，連窗簾的遮光效果都很到位。設施齊全且無磨損，能感覺到是用心維護的，下次來還會選這裏。

和媽媽週末去紅山動物園，選擇動物園附近酒店的時候，平台推薦了這家酒店，我看到評論都説位置很好，可以看到玄武湖，而且距離動物園就一站地鐵。於是選擇這家店，但説實話到店當天還是有些失望的，我以為是舒適型酒店，結果是民宿，但總體體驗還可以，但必須實話實説，希望民宿越來越好，也給之後的小夥伴一個參考。
我們選的是落地湖景窗，大床房。和我預想的落地窗不太一樣，確實可以看到玄武湖，但是大部分景色都被前面樓頂覆蓋。房間不大，有幾個牆上衣服掛鈎，其他沒有掛衣服的地方了。
民宿隔音還是無法達到我的標準，這點就不贅述了。還好我帶了耳塞。
設施：智能馬桶，淋浴也是新的，而且都是時下流行款。使用方便。
衞生：衞生還是OK的，很乾凈。不過，牆面不知道是貼了壁紙，還是怎麼了，牆上很多大塊的斑駁痕跡民宿，媽媽問我是不是發黴了，但我看了確實沒有發黴，所以我估計是壁紙？……😂不影響居住，但是看到會覺得有點怪怪的。
使用的是一次性洗臉巾，一次性牙刷使用起來不太舒服，以後可以換別的品牌試一下。這些小細節其實很重要。
環境：民宿在一棟公寓樓裏，這個是我們這次入住感覺最大的bug，如果不是我致電民宿，單純按照導航我們沒找到，因為公寓樓下面沒有任何民宿名字和引導標記。
服務：民宿服務還是不錯的。
附近如果要找吃的東西，要走一段路，衹有一條民居樓羣附近的街上有一些鴨血粉絲湯，鍋貼之類的小店。但是樓下有一個夫妻麪店，簡單吃一口還是可以的。
如果要在民宿附近乘坐地鐵，還是方便的，走路的話從等電梯到模範馬路地鐵站十分鐘左右。
訂這家民宿送一張成人票，這點也是當初吸引我的點。以上都是個人真實體驗，僅供參考。

看到評分和位置才下的訂單，酒店衞生非常乾淨，服務人員熱情周到，設施和配置齊全，智能馬桶和智能門鎖不用擔心門卡會丟了，特別是他們家的床睡的很舒服，枕頭是我喜歡的記憶枕很容易入睡。附近餐飲、購物、娛樂方便，到玄武湖和明城牆步行衹需2分鐘，距離地鐵口也非常近（新模範馬路站4號出口），不管去哪個景點都極其方便，前台還配置了小零食和咖啡機可以隨意暢飲，強烈推薦！

這次訂的這家酒店確實是意外之喜，本來出行比較急促，就臨時下單了這家店，因為看到離南京站和夫子廟都比較近。
入住之後發現，房間面朝玄武湖，打開窗就能看見南京古城牆。房間整體面積很大，裝修也比較新，浴室是乾濕分離，晚上睡覺隔音也很好，很安靜，聽不見噪音。總之很贊，前台服務也很周到,體貼
