對比了很多家酒店，這家算是奧體附近性價比最高的了，設備設施很新，而且全屋智能化。
健身房瑜伽室餐廳洗衣房都齊全。主要還是喜歡這裏的房型，微波爐和冰箱很貼心，再也不用擔心沒喝完的飲料沒地方放了。實物還能微波方便不少。
房間內的洗衣機很方便，出門前啟動，回來就是烘乾的衣服，非常方便，不用樓上樓下來回跑了。
智能馬桶很乾凈，遙控器反應靈敏。最驚喜的是投影，第一次住到普通房價是投影儀的。儲物空間也多。
唯一不足的是房間有股怪味，不知道是裝修的味道還是空調吹進來的味道，很難聞。打掃阿姨和前台服務態度都很好。
