There is a KTV downstairs. The sound is as loud as someone singing outside your room, but the hotel will provide earplugs. I personally can sleep with earplugs. In terms of service, the professional capabilities and quality of the front desk staff need to be improved. The lack of basic common sense, unfamiliarity with operating procedures, and reception attitude all have obvious shortcomings. It makes me wonder if this is the Home Inn I know. In addition, several front desk staff clearly have colds and have been sniffling and coughing. In a position where they need to receive guests, do they at least need to wear a mask in this situation?
