1. 這家酒店如果預訂以後，不似其他酒店，可以免費退訂，提前三天退房衹能退大約一半的費用。見圖8
2.衹能免費延遲到下午2點 ，如果延遲到下午四點，需要收235元的費用，費用看不懂 ，見圖9
一會兒能免費延遲到2點一會兒不能。
3. 客房晚上樓下前台衹有門衞，早上一大早去前台找人多要水，找不到人的。 客房響應不及時。
最終是通過微信打電話 call到。

至於房間，配備了 洗衣機 / 冰箱 / 微波爐 / 灶台
房間有很大的儲物櫃。 洗手間和卧室 ，還是不錯，稍微比同價格的連鎖酒店遜色一點點。 即將趕超。
but ，卧室的投屏 投屏畫質並不清晰。 可有可無。
5. 在馬拉松期間 房價本身就已經變相漲價，選手在比賽期間會有各種情況導致delay，既然價格標記對標連鎖酒店，如華住會旗下酒店。 服務和響應都跟不上。是開店等着被人diss 和吐槽嗎？ “亮點”在哪裡？ 還會有什麼大冤種會二次來住 ？
