酒店環境優美安靜，徽派建築風格，房屋錯落有致，如同一幅畫。工作人員熱情貼心，有專門的小管家帶着去房間。前台辦理入住的時候，免費升級了房間，真是非常棒！春節期間，酒店安排了演出，不出酒店就能體驗當地民俗。房間內乾淨整潔，升級後的房間還有兩個小院子，太精緻了。

臨時決定的高淳之旅，酒店很出乎意料的好，晚上燈光映照在河水中別有一番景象，好多住客在門口放煙花超漂亮，停車場很大方便停車，整個酒店非常大，前台林小玲小姐姐很貼心，辦完入住看到我們有小朋友，開擺渡車把我們送到房間。
房間乾淨整潔，很舒服，提前開了暖氣，有個小小問題，床上衹有兩個枕頭，不方便坐靠。
另外酒店是寵物友好的很棒，不過在小童遊樂室裏最好還是不要有寵物。

酒店面積很大，徽派建築設計感十足，環境優美，房間空間大，設計合理，設施齊全優質，入住有歡迎水果，並贈有四瓶純凈水。酒店人員服務意識很好，態度親切，正餐套餐菜量很足，菜品口味不錯，美中不足的是，我們入住當天，餐廳沒有備足包括我們在內的多組客人預訂的飄香蟹，引起部分食客不滿，但酒店人員處理積極，態度誠懇，我們在第二天終於品嚐到了飄香蟹，味道鮮美可口，品質優良，我們還又訂購了幾衹打包回去。我們退房時，酒店還贈送了我們一盒陽光玫瑰水果，總體入住體驗很好。

帶娃出行，親子房的房間很大也有小童設施，就是裝修比較簡單顯得略空曠。接駁車服務很好，接待人員也客氣。環境很好，有特色。孩子很喜歡餵羊，其它適合孩子的項目不多，可以玩一些手作。有個小型室內遊樂園，就是實在太臟，看到幾衹蟑螂在爬，趕緊把孩子拖走了，希望能改善。總體來説還算滿意。

白牆黛瓦、馬頭牆、雕花石牆……典型的徽派建築，一步一景。綠植覆蓋率極高，院子內外皆是風景，尤其適合喜歡田園詩意、中式風格的遊客。前台小姐姐熱情招呼，接駁車也隨叫隨到，服務周到！

非常好的酒店，無論是衞生環境還是餐食，還是服務態度，都超預期。不僅免費升房，走時還送了伴手禮。過來就是放鬆來的，慢城的節奏確實很治癒。

衞生可以，電瓶車小妹熱情。
電動車充電居然不要錢。
過就是淋浴房會溢水出來，然後不同的房型備品居然不一樣，很奇怪。
還有就是所有的枕頭都是軟的，沒有硬枕。
