"The food was delicious,$13.90 for chicken snitzel, salad and chips The can of come was a shock at $5.50. The place needs TLC,there was a bucket on the floor due to the roof leaking,the carpet looks ancient. Sunday there is a $ 15 steak chips and salad,I'm going to try that. Parking is limited,but there is a parking building behind Supercheap. Well worth a visit."

"Our two-night stay at ‘The Charleston’ cottage at Montville Misty View Cottages couldn’t be faulted. It really was the ultimate getaway and so easy to travel to from where we live on the Sunshine Coast. Shell, Tony and Luca were magnificent hosts. Once settled in, we felt like we were the only people in the world! My husband and I opted for the ‘Indulgence Package’, including a bottle of wine, fabulous and plentiful breakfast provisions for two days, a delicious Reef and Beef Dinner on one night with all elements of the meal ready for us in the Cottage, plus complimentary chocolate and port. The couples massage in our room was also amazing and we both felt like we were floating on air afterwards. We really didn’t need to leave our Cottage the whole time we were there, but we took a five-minute drive into the valley to see up close the beautiful Baroon Pocket Dam that our Cottage looked out over. The lush and diverse vegetation that surrounded us at the Cottage provided amazing privacy, quiet and a beautiful outlook over the bush, hills and the Dam/Lake. The Cottage was so comfortable and very tastefully appointed and had everything we could need or want during our stay. We would thoroughly recommend a stay at Misty View Cottages and the ‘misty view’ is a real thing! Light rain during our stay only added to the ambience as we watched the mist rise and fall over the dam and valley across the three days. We even got the chance to light a fire in the wood fireplace and enjoyed even more charm in our little paradise get-a-way!"

Limited phone and wifi service makes it easy to relax yet great hiking and swimming at your doorstep . The hosts are great we will definately be back . Montville is a great holiday spot with awesome cafes and bars ."

"This was our 5th visit to Alaya escape. When you find paradise in your backyard why would you go anywhere else? you wont! we haven't! The space created is perfect to escape the outside world, to rejuvenate, recharge, fall in love all over again, discover your purpose, heal and the list just continues on. If you genuinely want to relax this is THE PLACE! Compared to last visits we had four days this time, after a few years of fighting cancer and PTSD we decided to try some coaching from Craig while away. I dont know what else to say but thank you, your space your, your coaching, your words have been transformational for not only myself but both of us. Our words will not do what you have created and the ethos you live by Justice. If you need a place to relax again this is the place for you. Wonderful venue and accommodation, awesome hosts! Nothing was too much trouble. Honestly, this is one of those special times that will always remain in our hearts.
