Nice location. Nice Big Rooms. Room service is a bit delayed always. They shall have a little more options for vegetarian breakfast. One thing that’s really disturbing to see in a hotel like this, even if you are waiting for your checkin at the hotel and you ask for water, they charge for it.

The room is tidy, the breakfast is rich, the front desk and service staff are very nice, and there is a Chinese restaurant on the sixth floor that provides several dinners. No security issues encountered

I don't know if it's a classroom on the left, it's a bit noisy

We stayed at Lotos Inn & Suites in Nairobi in July 2025 — before, after, and in between our safari and Mombasa trips — and I would happily rate it as a five-star hotel. From reception to housekeeping, every member of the staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Their constant smiles and willingness to go the extra mile made us feel right at home. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and well-maintained, with beautiful views from the balcony that we really enjoyed. The Chinese restaurant on the top floor was another highlight. Breakfast offered a great variety and catered to many tastes, and dining there in the evening was a wonderful experience — generous portions and consistently delicious food.

The location of the Hotel is very feasible and in the main Westlands, the bed was pretty comfy and the staff was nice and helpful. The room was big enough and had decent amenities. It was good enough compared to the price-to-value ratio. the breakfast was meh, there is construction going on next door I think so there were noises starting from 8am, I was leaving earlier so was not bothered much.

Central to Westlands. The rooms are large, clean and there is a small kitchenette area furnished with tea, coffee and a fridge. We had a room over looking the Park with a small balcony. There was some work happening next door however it didn’t affect us too much. Thank you to Lotos team, always welcoming and very helpful. Nothing is ever too much for them. This has now become a regular place for us to stay every time we visit Nairobi.
