Everything about this place is on point. Came for business, but this time bolted on a few me days. Staff here cannot do enough for you, nothing is to much. The food is wonderful, I'd definitely recommend the homemade avocado ice cream. Rooms are bigger than a London flat..and to top it off a new pool area which just invites you to relax. Excellent

The service is outstanding, a very well trained team, very good manners and excellent in effectiveness to respond to needs and to find solutions. From Simon the driver, to Maureen at the front desk and Valentine the events coordinator, and the rest of the team are always available and ready to make your stay and your job smooth and easy. Rooms are big and very clean, with a small veranda. The food at the restaurant is amazing (strange to find such good quality in a hotel!), very diverse, and different options (indian, vegetarian...) The possibility to use the gazebo by the pool for some of the training activities gave us lot of flexibility to work outside, as the training room is dark, low roof, with a carpet and the air does not circulate properly. Being this one the unique improvement point I can think about! Highly recommend!

Excellent service. Valentine was very handds on and ensured we were well taken care of. The food was fresh,well presente and delicious. There was was enough variety to serve everyone's taste buds.. The team totally enjoyed themselves...

My first experience of the Bidwood hospitality was just as I arrived after having upended a pot of yoghurt all over the taxi seat and myself. They helped me clean it and myself up, dealt with my luggage and generally acted wonderfully before upgrading me to a room with a butter view. The top service continues through out my three visits during my stay. Joseph in particular helped put me in touch with a great travel agent who arranged a wonderful safari. Enoch, meanwhile, delivered to me the lock I thought I had lost. Just all round a great crew who can get you a take out coffee ready in a matter of seconds. The rooms were very spacious and well appointed, I would recommend the views from a high floor if you get a chance. Sarit mall is just a few minutes walk away so we'll located too.

Me and my colleagues had a wonderful stay at Bidwood Suites! The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The rooms and facilities were top-notch. The pool area was nice — sadly it was cold during our stay but I would have really liked to take some time to relax there. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety to choose from, and the hotel’s location made it easy to explore the area. Overall, an excellent experience, and I’ll definitely be coming back again! Highly recommended!

As a member of Alfa Romeo Owners Club (Kenya) I requested for a meeting/conference room suitable for 20 people. The General Manager allocated a team and they gave us the best of the services. The Bidwood Suites Hotel provided us with the equipment to show various photos of our recent event -The Africa Concours d’Elegance-. The food (a la carte) chosen by the members was brilliant. I have also stayed in the hotel for over a week and was very impressed with the room and all of the services provided. In conclusion I highly recommend the Bidwood Suites Hotel. The General Manager and all of the staff are friendly and welcoming.

Stayed here many times before. My go to when in Nairobi. Relaxed atmosphere with friendly staff. Centrally situated near malls, cinemas and restaurants. Great in-house dining options. Can't wait for new pool area to be completed as it will compliment the facilities

The staff were so friendly and so considerate! Especially with how hectic my schedule was. Very clean as well. I was given an upgrade and their King Suite. So thank you very much to the team for that ! Whenever in Nairobi I highly recommend considering Bidwood Suites. Its location is also very convenient being 2 min walk from the city centre. We were 5 families booked into this hotel as part of our Kenya tour package. As a family of 4 including children, we needed 2 rooms. We were pleasantly surprised to see the massive size of the hotel apartment - huge 2 bedroom apartment - big living room, 2 huge bedrooms with spacious bathrooms. Very clean and well maintained. We stayed there mainly for the night, so didn't get to explore the facilities. But the dinner was part of the package-this is next surprise we had - it was open al-a-carte where we could order anything on the menu (excluding alcoholic bevereages). The food was just outstanding - nothing to fault in any of the items ordered by our entire group. Breakfast was a buffet which was fine. The staff were also very helpful. There was a mall 2 minutes walk away - Sarit mall - which was convenient as well. One of the families were upgraded to the pent house which has to be seen to believe - such a fine and massive suite.

Once again, we were at the Ventana Restaurant yesterday - a party of 8. We appreciate the excellent services accorded to us by Jackson and all other staff members. The new chef at the cuisine did an amazing job. The place was very hygienic: clean, neat and tidy. Keep up the wonderful work... Congratulations....
