"Right in the historic part of the old town we wanted to stay in and the Alon didn't disappoint. Lovely boutique hotel with a nice big room and a balcony . The Breakfast was in the main typical Greek rather than many hot options, but nice. Free car parking is available just 50 metres at the port and it is a simple walk to the hotel from there. Can't fault it on anything from the friendliness of the staff and service, cleanliness and location."

"The night before we were due to have three nights in Nafplio, the owner of the intended accommodation sent an email saying that the accommodation would not be available as the building had been sold. We rang him, and he advised that he would get accommodation for us in the same area and to contact him again before we left Spetses the next day. And did he come through with 'the goods'! Silo Luxury rooms (6) only opened in April 2023 - all we had to do was contact reception there (he gave us the phone number) to confirm. The price was only 10 euro more than we would have paid and the place was magnificent. Amazing bathroom, breakfast supplied (basic but good), airconditioned, balcony with table/chairs, clothesline if needed and all only a couple of hundred metres from Constitution Square and an easy walk to Palamidi, the rest of the Old Town and harbour. The rooms were very soundproof as well - a plus! A parking spot was also reserved for us - excellent. The property is non-smoking - another plus, and there is a courtyard at the entrance with table, chairs and Wi-Fi (Wi-Fi also in rooms). A wonderful stay."

"Beautiful villa house with full kitchen and two bedrooms, as well as countless TVs. Rooms are very new, clean and well maintained. Mattresses are of high quality. Nice collection of drinks and snacks, all free of charge! However hygiene is a serious issue. They offer a hydro massage bathtub, however the water inside seems never been changed. Dirts and sand at the bottom, and blond hairs clustered at the water outlet (none of us in the family is blond). It was disgusting."

"This is a terrific hotel - they make you feel like family from the time you arrive to the day of your departure. Location is excellent- perfectly situated in the center of town so you can either retreat to your room, or enjoy sitting at one of the cafes in the “piazza” at center of town, or take the 10 minute walk to sit in a cafe or restaurant on the water. Breakfast at the restaurant is excellent and includes some homemade goodies. First came here in 2016, thinking it wold be a one time visit, and have returned every year since since then. If you want a small, clean, friendly place in excellent location and good breakfast, this is it."

"The hotel is located in the old town, at a stone throw to everything. Parking is not allowed at the premises, however you can load/unload luggages in front of the hotel. Our room is at the top, with a jacuzzi in the balcony, which will need to take steps for the highest foor. With heavy luggage, would be good to request rooms on 1st floor with direct lift access instead."

"A fantastic stay! The hotel is just a short walk down a straight downhill road from the old town, only about 10 minutes away! The room was spacious with two beds, perfect for families with children. The breakfast was delicious, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the room was private, safe, and quiet! The TV in the room had many Disney cartoons for the kids to watch! A very good hotel with excellent management and service!"

Aesthetically pleasing decor, updated bathrooms, all amenities in room (fridge, safe, blackout shades, etc.) Buffet breakfast had excellent selection of both hot and cold dishes, fresh squeezed orange juice, good coffee. Staff was pleasant and helpful."
