What a surprise awaits when you arrive at this room, the door opens into an amazing room, high ceilings, beautifully decorated, large dark wooden bed, kitchen area, large bathroom with jacuzzi bath. The view from the balcony overlooking Syntagma Square is great, sitting sipping an Ouzo in the evening, watching everyone in the Square, so relaxing. Breakfast was downstairs in the Taverna sitting in the Square, what a delight, very tasty. Loved it here, definitely worth another visit when staying in Nafplio."

Lots to see in the locality we particularly enjoyed the Folklore and War Museums as well as the Castle. The accommodation is the cleanest place I have ever stayed. The breakfast has so much choice and beautifully presented. Nice to visit places in the morning and relax by the pool in the afternoon before a lovely meal in town. Just what a holiday is all about. "This is a wonderful small hotel, with just five rooms. The rooms are beautifully decorated, very comfortable, large, and rooms on one side of the building overlook the square and with views of Palamidi fortress. The lovely house has been in the family for more than two centuries and it has more of a guesthouse feel with personal attention of the owners. Akus, who runs the property with his mother, was always available to help and advise; very engaging with the guests; and provided us tips on things to see and do (for example, the Saturday market, which was a nice bonus experience). The service orientation was top-notch. Breakfast was large and fabulous, served either in the common room or on your balcony. Your choice of eggs, with fresh squeezed orange juice, breads, Greek pies and pastries, yogurt and fresh fruit. It was nice to have water in the fridge in the room. Air conditioning and Wi-Fi worked very well."
