Conveniently located inside the departure area, after security and immigration, Aerotel Muscat is ideal for passengers with layovers in Muscat Airport—no need to exit and re-clear security

A perfect stay if you’re having a long transit trip to a third country. Trip.com made it way cheaper than walk in reservations. Loved our stay.

The checkin process is good. They have wifi. The room also clean and spacious. But the breakfast is not a buffet but only simple breakfast. English breakfast or arab breakfast. Price in trip are better than walk in. So please book thru here

Perfect stay when you need to transfer and have to wait 6 or 12 hour. Very close to tax free shopping area.

Pipes in the bathroom didn’t work properly… we have bath only in the hot water

Fantastic for the UAE visa run. Don’t even need to cross the Oman border - straight to the hotel from the airplane.

The hotel is within the departure area after the security checks. You will have to pass by the transfer security area, then you will reach the shopping section; go up the escalator and you will see the hotel. We booked for 3 but there were only 2 sets of towels and 1 set of amenities. We asked for the towel and the person at the front desk came to deliver eventually. Room was ok, enough beds for 3. Breakfast was basic, not much choice.

This place was perfect for a transit everything was perfectly fine besides the breakfast it was really poor. Clean room comfortable bed and easy to find.

Carpets not vacuumed. Shower dirty. 1 towel in a room. Aircon leaks in hallway. Non stop dust allergy the whole time I was there - worst I ever had. No traveler PowerPoint - go downstairs and buy one they said. Sorry excuse for a breakfast. Coffee beans are finished - no problem make Nescafé they said. By all means stay here to survive the layover - but don’t have expectations that match the pictures
