"I had an amazing stay at this property. Went with family and enjoyed every moment at this hotel. All facilities are good ***** with staff behavior, clean rooms, swimming pool. Dinner and breakfast had so many options and all of them were tasty. We ate so much. Kids also loved the area and enjoyed carrom, TT etc. Highly recommended."

"The reason to come here is the magnificent view. All rooms have balconies facing it. There is no pool to speak of ( it is said to be an infinity pool which is true but tiny and dilapidated sunloungers). Can’t comment on restaurant as they had kitchen problems. Lovely staff. Spa does a very oily but effective massage. It’s a long windy drive to get here and further to Munnar which resembles a North Indian hill town but has an interesting tea museum."

"My family stayed at the hotel with our small baby girl, and they had a wonderful experience. Special thanks to Roshan, the manager, who made sure our room was beautifully decorated with balloons. We had also requested a cake on arrival, and the front desk team arranged everything perfectly before we arrived. Our baby girl was so happy, which made our stay even more special. The entire 14-acre property is beautifully landscaped, exceptionally well-maintained, and perfectly showcases Munnar's natural greenery and mountain views. The buffet at Planter's Kitchen was a major highlight—great quality, wonderful taste, and plenty of variety to satisfy a large group. What truly sets this place apart, though, is the service. Shruthi and Praveen at the front desk went above and beyond to ensure our check-in and group arrangements were handled flawlessly. Their warmth and professionalism made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Between the scenic environment, the great food, and the excellent coordination by the staff, our team had an amazing time. We will definitely be back! The resort is located in the serene Chinnakanal area, right outside the tea estates and overlooking Chinnakanal Lake (Anaiyirangal Dam views). Out team utilized the swimming pool, the conference center and their Holiday Activity Centre, which includes indoor games."
