The reception is very polite. I really appreciate their service. There are some restaurants very near to the hotel.

Our room was very simple but ok and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful.

As I arrived early in the morning, I went to leave my luggage there and was allowed to check in at 10am. I was also allowed to have breakfast before check-in. It was a very comfortable stay.

It's so bad. People who didn't know me thought I lived in an apartment and rented out each room as a hotel.

They ripped me off. I was charged for 4 nights, when I should have been charged for one night. They have a no refund policy which I understood when I had to cancel my one night reservation. They charged my credit card for 4 nights and refused to acknowledge their error and were rude as well.

Clean warm dry bed, quiet room. Clean shower. Easy transport with bus stop outside that gets to Viktualienmarkt or Ostbahnhof (U5) which gets train on to Theresienwiesn. Nice to get some croissants from reception as i missed breakfast. Friendly staff. Could leave bags whilst walkabout before going to airport.

Liked · The hotel is very clean rather new Equipment OK Clean quiet area Vehicle parking at 15€ per day Friendly staff available Did not like · The bed in the corner because the room is a bit small No air conditioning or fan (we didn't ask for it, we slept with the window open) The location in relation to the tourist center because you have to take bus and metro (or s or tram) As a result, the bus suffers all the traffic problems of this city under construction a lot of time to return to the hotel in the evening

We stayed here three nights with the family; the stay was truly excellent: in addition to the fantastic breakfast and the beautiful and pleasant garden, the absolute best thing was the kindness of the staff. We have a one year old and they helped us in every way.

Gente sin corazón cobraron mi dinero cuado mi hijo estaba enfermo y tuve que cancelar el viaje. no hubo manera con ellos pues no es un hotel prestigioso, es un antro abusivo y usureo”.
