A wonderful stay, a complete hotel with everything you need. Everything was available in the room. On the first day, there was a problem with the Wi-Fi, but other than that, everything was good.

Free drinks provided and refilled daily. Clean and the room condition is good.

A good choice to stay in Munich. It's about 4 kilometer walk to the center of Munich, good exercise. Easy to go around by car too.

Overpriced &Overrated – Terrible Value for Money! ★☆☆☆☆ I honestly don’t understand how Hyperion Hotel Munich claims to be a 5-star hotel. The experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish. First of all, everything costs extra – even the basics! Dental kits, shaving kits, slippers, and other essentials are NOT included. You have to pay separately for every little thing, which is ridiculous for a hotel in this price range. On top of that, the staff’s attitude was cold and unhelpful. It felt like they cared more about charging extra fees than actually making guests comfortable. The service was far below what you would expect from a luxury hotel, and the overall atmosphere felt cheap despite the high prices. For the amount they charge, you’d expect a premium experience, but instead, you get nickel-and-dimed for everything. Honestly, there are much better hotels in Munich that actually know what real 5-star service means. I would never stay here again and would strongly recommend avoiding this place if you value your money and comfort.

5th stay at the hotel. alway recommended. very close to a tram station. every 10min to downtown.

Fabulous hotel. On the outskirts of Munich. Clean. Free mini bar, under floor heating in the bathroom. Comfortable big bed. Helpful staff. Lovely breakfast. Highly recommended.

I’m Very sad.. The company is not trying to help me. They did not refund my money. They did not change the reservation date. I could not go to the hotel. My money was gone.

We have been travelling the world for six months , stayed in alot of places but the Hyperion , Munich exceeded our expectations on all levels . Thank you for sharing your wonderful hotel with two grateful Kiwis 🇳🇿 the staff were friendly and helpful , the breakfast had great variety for hungry travellers , easy access to trams , metro etc , the rooms were spacious and the beds so comfortable and the best thing was a free minibar in the room , I mean who does that 🙌 We will recommend this place to many others as we continue our travels 🍺🍺

Absolutely a good choice for stay at Munich. About only 15mins by tram to city centre/old town. But the hotel condition is very good, new and clean, worth the rice. Will choose again if I come to Munich.

Location: Excellent — centrally located and close to all essential services. Cleanliness: Very good — rooms are well-maintained and regularly cleaned. Family-Friendly: Highly suitable for families, with a quiet environment and comfortable amenities.

The hotel and staff were great. Unfortunately, I ran into two problems. While I appreciated the restocking of the minibar (included in the price), the fridge wasn't working, so the drinks were warm. Also, when I was trying to leave the garage after my stay, the exit ramp wouldn’t open—even though I had a paid ticket valid for the rest of that day. The reception was unable to resolve the issue, so I had to back out. I noticed the entrance ramp was open and used that to exit instead. There was no apology from reception regarding the issue. Other than these two small things—which can happen—my overall impression wasn’t affected. I would definitely stay at the hotel again.

Just stayed in one of the best hotel rooms I’ve ever experienced! It was spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed—modern elegance with a cozy vibe. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud, and the view from the window made waking up a treat. Every little detail felt thoughtful, from the luxurious bathroom amenities to the lightning-fast Wi-Fi. Definitely a place I’d recommend for anyone who wants comfort, convenience, and a touch of indulgence.

Close to 19 tram station (to the centre), breakfast is fantastic, very happy stay :)
