"Everything was okay, but it's not really suitable if you're bringing elderly people with leg problems or wheelchair users because there's no lift. The room was spacious and the mattress was fine, but the pillows were too soft and we only got one per person."

"I had a pleasant stay at this boutique hotel. The cleanliness was excellent — the room, bathroom, and common areas were very well maintained and tidy, which made the stay comfortable and relaxing. You can tell the hotel staff take pride in keeping the place in great condition. As it is a boutique hotel, the facilities are relatively simple,  although it self check-in machines, but their experience staff did assist and that feels warm and personal. The only downside is that the sound insulation on the rooms door is not very good, so you may occasionally hear noise from outside or nearby rooms. It wasn’t a major issue for me, but it’s something to be aware of if you are sensitive to noise. My advice to the management is to add some acoustics seal on the door frame to improve it. Overall, a clean, cozy, and well-kept boutique hotel, and a good option if you value cleanliness and a comfortable stay"

"Accessibility is good, has ramp to entrance and lift, though there's a single step right at the door. Besides the 2 entrance parking, you're almost going to have to find parking yourself, but the roadside itself has street parking so it should be fine with some walking. Not in walking distance to the food streets, but not far if by car. Staff is friendly, and room is clean. Disposable toiletries and beverage packets are provided. Was satisfied overall."
