Amazing
AAnonymous UserThe staff were friendly and genuinely tried to help when I mentioned the loud noise from the elevator right outside my room. They kindly offered to move me, which I appreciated. However, the new room had a very strong smell of cigarette smoke, likely from other guests smoking inside. It was especially noticeable in the evenings and mornings, and the bathroom smelled like an airport smoking room. I was promised another room change, but that never happened.
Breakfast was good, though it became a bit repetitive after several days. The location was perfect, and the staff were polite and welcoming. Unfortunately, the experience was affected by the noise, the smoke smell, and a lack of hot water that lasted an entire evening. We were told several times that it would be fixed “in 10 minutes,” but it ended up lasting from around 5 p.m. until 11 p.m. Otherwise very nice rooms with everything you need. I just had very bad luck this time.
GGuest UserIts reputation as the world's most beautiful is truly well-deserved.
1. The hotel service is simply impeccable, attending to every little detail. From the moment we checked in, the friendly front desk staff thoroughly explained all the hotel's activities, important information, and the locations of every restaurant and bar. We were personally escorted to our room, where they gave another detailed briefing on amenities and facilities. If we needed a buggy, a quick call to the front desk would have one at our doorstep within two minutes.
2. The hotel's amenities and facilities are excellent. The room was incredibly spacious with impressively high ceilings. Our balcony offered direct views of the beach, and even the bathroom was stunningly beautiful. The sand on the beach is wonderfully fine, and the waves are incredibly gentle, making it perfectly safe and enjoyable for kids to play in the sea.
3. Regarding the dining experience, breakfast was absolutely delicious with an unbelievable array of choices. The restaurant manager would also enthusiastically come by to chat. I stayed in Building 4, and I have to say, the Mexican restaurant downstairs didn't quite hit the mark for my taste. In the evening, I tried a signature cocktail at their Chemistry bar, and the flavor was a bit... underwhelming, to be honest, hahaha.
4. Overall, if I ever return to Phu Quoc, the sole reason would be to once again experience this 'world's most beautiful Marriott'!
JJL830A lovely little hotel located just 2 minutes walk from the nicest beach in Phu Quoc, Khem Beach. Breakfast was simple, hot food was not sufficient. They don't have soup or soup noodles every day. Sunset Town is only 10mins drive.
During our stay, we tried the Italian restaurant in the hotel twice, it was a hit and miss, and not particularly wallet-friendly. Instead, head down to the beach. There is a seafood restaurant called Ann Seafood that serves good seafood at a reasonable price.
Location wise, it's a new area, hence pretty empty most of the day, nothing much within walking distance, unlike the sunset town.
Room wise, i like the smart toilet. But the water pressure in the bathroom isnt strong enough. The room is a little small for a family of 3. But we enjoyed our stay nonetheless.
GGuest UserThe hotel is new, conveniently located to the beach (3 minutes), the room has water, a kettle, coffee bags and mugs. Mini bar is paid. The only thing I didn't like was that my room had a window, but it overlooked a blank wall 30 cm from the window. Breakfast is in a cafe on the other side of the building, they give you a coupon at the reception. The breakfast is modest, but you can live. Of the fruits, there was dragon fruit and watermelon. What does not apply to the hotel - the area is new, there are many empty rooms, in the evening like a dead city, very few cafes and shops. Prices, accordingly, for everything are higher than on Long Beach. Fruits are sold only in the store, the price for them is 3 times higher. In the evening, there is nothing to do in terms of entertainment, movement. The beach is beautiful and the sea seems more transparent and clean, but the entrance is like in Anapa. All sun loungers are paid and cost a lot and what I didn't like in early March - a strong wind was constantly blowing, there were waves, although at the same time the sea on Long Beach is calm.
BBird with no legsOverall rating will give 4 stars. We stayed for 4 days 3 nights. We noticed that the second day, there are still some area of the washroom unclean and one of the day the rubbish was left at the bathtub without removing it. This obviously need some improvement. The staffs most are friendly and helpful. Definitely we will still chose to stay here in the future trips.

The room was amazing — beautiful, clean, and absolutely worth the price! It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room, and a kitchen. Every room has air conditioning, plus there are 4 TVs, a hair dryer, a washing machine, and a full set of kitchenware — everything you could possibly need.
The best part!!! You can watch the fireworks for free right from the private balcony — so exclusive! Two bedrooms and the balcony have stunning sea and city views. You can enjoy the fireworks up close without any crowds.
The room is beautifully decorated, perfect for taking photos from many corners — it looks straight out of Pinterest. Overall, it’s totally worth it, very impressive, and I’d love to come back again!
I will writing again
CCurious Ape1. Missing amenity: NOT all rooms have washing machine inside, even though it is clearly stated that this is included in the room amenities. The host/reception staff did NOT specify this information before OR after check in. Even if the machine is there, the host/reception staff does not provide any token amount of laundry detergent. So remember to “Bring your own detergent”
2. Vague communications: Questions emailed to the host via Trip.com are not always answered by the host (ie either no response at all or very late reply). Trip.com was helpful in advising me to email directly to the host (**************************) when the host failed to respond to some of my emails. However, it seems like the host does not check it’s own email box so I never get any response from that mailbox
3. Tedious check in process: There isn’t any clear information about the exact location of their office. Check in information is given ONLY via Chatting apps (eg Zalo, Kakao, Line or Whatsapp) at exactly the check in time, 2 pm (rooms are highly unlikely to be ready before that). I went directly to their physical office for assistance. Their office (with blue signage “Rosie”) is shabby and dubious-looking and totally incongruous with the given “Luxury Hillside Apartment” name). You MUST have mobile data roaming at that point to receive the room access code. The security guards based at each building’s beautiful reception floor have nothing to do with the rooms managed by this tiny “Rosie” office
4. Minimal staff: Cleaning staff hired by this Rosie agency seems unable to cope with the large number of room cleaning prior to guests’ check in. In the end, I think the limited manpower could only manage very basic, superficial cleaning of rooms. Ants seem to have built a colony in hidden crevices in some of the units as there’re always some crawling around the kitchenette/clothes-hanging cabinet every now and then
5. It’s a 50/50 chance of whether you are assigned a fairly new and really nice apartment or a worn-out one with some broken down/missing fixtures. You just have to risk it, in return for a stunning view of the fireworks (in rooms facing the Kiss Bridge)
6. The agency staff are okay and they do try to help. Unfortunately, I find them somewhat inexperienced and their services and expertise are a mismatch for this fine category of apartments. The Rosie agency staff have a tendency to give routine, generic answers when dealing with feedback and complaints. They probably can do well in operating guest houses or backpackers’ lodge where expectations from guests are much lower
GGuest UserI highly recommend this place! Our room in 'The Sea' building was fantastic. Located on the 7th floor, it offered a stunning sea view, including the Kiss Bridge, and we even got to watch fireworks at night. I was pleasantly surprised by how well-equipped the room was – it had a kitchenette, a microwave, and a washing machine. Plus, there's a rooftop swimming pool. The service was excellent too. Just a heads-up: the check-in desk and breakfast area are in separate locations. Overall, a perfect 10/10! 🩷
AAnonymous UserThe hotel is good. The price and quality correspond. The staff is very welcoming. The hotel itself is old but very cozy. The hotel was located far from the main road, which ensured quiet and there was no noise from motorcycles. I must say that the mattress was a little hard. It would not hurt to update the furnishings.

Good
GGuest UserThe Palmy was likely an absolutely stunning property when it was built. Unfortunately the environment and a low maintenance budget have taken its toll. Lots of rusty steel railings are evident.
The restaurant which claims to have both western and local cuisine has what appears to be a Chinese leaning breakfast buffet and the dinner menu is limited to a blade steak dish and Pizza. This was confirmed by another guest that had been there for a week.
The multiple pools looked nice but seemed cloudy.
We splurged and went for the executive suite expecting to have a functional living space. It consisted of a wooden love seat and a coffee table and nothing else. No tv or anything.
The bedroom was the unique room. It was appointed with a nice bed in the centre of the room with a desk behind the headboard, a wall to wall curtains separated the sleeping are from the bathroom area. A glass shower and tub area was in one corner and a glass walled toilet area was in the other.
Beach access was though the restaurant.
