Amazing
GGuest UserBeautiful and clean room. Fantastic breakfast, best coffee cake I’ve had since my Grandma’s. Lovely hosts. I loved looking around the inn at all the antiques and books. Couldn’t help but slow down, surrounded by all the cozy charm. My daughter and I did not want to leave.

GGuest UserNice, close location close to one of the Rocky Mountain State Park entrances.
We had room #10 with the jacuzzi whirlpool. It was a little dated - the tile and tub are pink, but it worked fine and my 7 year son LOVED taking a bath in it.
Do be aware that the main bed in this space is a murphy bed and the secondary bed is a hide-a-bed. The murphy bed was not the most comfortable thing.

GGuest UserMy husband and I had a comfortable stay at 4 Seasons Inn on Fall River. Our room was very cozy and even had an electric fireplace—-very nice touch. The staff was friendly and willing to answer any questions we had. We enjoyed our time at the 4 Seasons and Estes Park.

YYolanhcpGreat value considering that you are only at fwe minutes from RMNP entrance. Spotless, spacious room with plenty of furniture to accomodate your clothes. Comfortable beds. Fridge and microwave. Our son also had a great time in the playground and the sandpit. They even also have a pool. So good after a hike when you’re back in the afternoon. Comprehensive cold breakfast with good muffins and bagels, also allowed us to take something to go, since we needed to be at the park gates at 8 am. Very friendly staff. Room service too! Definetely, this is a great place to visit RMNP🤗

LLvxingdarenbeipingwengThe room is not large in size and basically meets the requirements for simple accommodation. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Regular continental breakfast can satisfy the hunger needs of most ordinary people. The hotel's sanitary conditions are good, and coin-operated washing machines and dryers are provided for guests' convenience at a low price ($1.75/$1.50). The on-site parking lot is convenient for guests to park, and the hotel's small swimming pool is convenient for children to play and adults to sunbathe by the pool.

GGuest UserWe had a 2-night stay near Rocky Mountain and found ample onsite parking. However, if you plan to visit after 8:30 am, be prepared for a potential shortage of meat and sausages for breakfast. The room itself is a bit dated and can easily be disturbed by noise from the upper floors if your room is on the first floor. Despite these minor inconveniences, the overall experience was good. One of the curtains in our room wasn’t functioning properly, which slightly diminished the premium room’s appearance as depicted in their picture.

GGuest UserThis definitely has motel feel. If you are wanting a hotel experience this is not the place for you. It is however very well priced with free breakfast, a beautiful view of the mountains and clean rooms. The beds are actually very nice more like a hotel and that's the most important thing to me.
We would stay again.

GGuest UserLocation was perfect. Fire pits outside were cool. Only downsides: check in was a pain. Line was wrapped around into the hotels bar/ eatery. There were 30 people waiting just to check in around 4 pm on a Sunday. Also- gym was not as pictured- only a couple sets of free weights. We specifically choose our hotels based on gyms so this was a big drawback for us. Someone had their dog in their room barking incessantly for hours. Positives: rooms were clean, spacious, and best of all staff was phenomenal. Super nice people. Latitude 105 Alehouse is connected to the hotel and a HUGE perk. Would recommend staying here overall

GGuest UserThe room is very spacious and feels like home. The color scheme of the room is comfortable and relaxing. I will continue to stay at Quality chain stores around the world. It’s a great accommodation but there is room for improvement in the breakfast.
