Mountain View Hotels in Goynuk Mahallesi

I am writing due to being extremely disappointed with my stay at TUI Blue Rixos Beldibi. From the very first night, I suffered from food poisoning after eating at the hotel, which completely ruined my holiday. I was ill for the entire trip, stuck in my room for four days, unable to enjoy any of the activities me and my partner had planned. This was especially upsetting as I celebrated my birthday during our stay, and instead of enjoying excursions, I spent the day and evening in bed. We also missed out on visiting the Land of Legends theme park due to the sickness as well. My partner and I have only been able to eat plain pasta, rice, and drink water, during the stay not being able to enjoy any of the restaurants. We experienced severe sickness, diarrhea, and cramping, leaving us with no energy to enjoy the facilities or even spend time outside in the sun. Additionally, I witnessed something very disturbing that raised serious concerns about the hotel’s cleanliness and treatment of animals. I saw behind the kitchen door that a cat was thrown into a wheelie bin and duct-taped while it was screaming. This behavior is not only inhumane but also raises significant red flags about the hygiene and standards of the kitchen. Moreover, we noticed that many glasses had lipstick marks and dirt all over them, which made us avoid having any soft drinks during our stay. This lack of cleanliness is simply unacceptable and contributed to our overall negative experience. This was meant to be a relaxing holiday, but instead, it has been a nightmare. The fact that this occurred right at the beginning of our stay is completely unacceptable, and we feel we have lost the experience we paid for. I hope the management takes this matter seriously, as I believe guests should be compensated for significant issues like this, I feel deeply let down by the standards here.

Beautiful resort, we were upgraded to a private 3 bed villa with pool access to the rear. It was absolutely stunning never stayed anywhere so nice my husband and I had an entire floor to ourselves with dressing room, bathroom with shower and whirlpool bath, absolutely amazing. Mini bar in every room downstairs shower room and small kitchen in the entrance. This is not the place to come if you want a quiet holiday the resort is very lively with pool side DJ’s. The water was freezing so not many people in the pools. Outdoor nightclub my the beach I think is open till 4 am. Singers at the bar very repetitive same singers every couple of nights. Food Not good definitely not 5* Very repetitive. Breakfast is waffles, pancakes, eggs then not much else for British palette . Lunch was good at beach restaurants but same every day, burgers,hotdogs, chicken. Pizza, salad and Jpots Food was slightly different in kids club with some pasta dishes. All branded drinks at the bar, make sure to tip and they will look after you, especially the young boys in roller skate seeing drinks all day by the pool, they were landed with a tip every other day. Evening not much for British palette, we were really fed up by the end of the week. A la Carr not great basic at best. Kids area absolutely beautiful a bit like a center parks set up in the trees, my girls are too old so didn’t attend kids clubs, but were more than happy with the sweet carts and popcorn in the evening all free! Lovely outdoor games which passed an hour each night. Wouldn’t come again as food let it down.

Especially foreign employees have a very low customer service quality, they have difficulty in understanding what we say and what we want. Staff in food services are insufficient and their energy is low. One should not expect much in animations, especially music. There is no price performance to get such a high score.

A great place to stay at a great location which has a vibe of its on. Good clean rooms at great favourable rates to suit one. The owner has been really helpful, is more like a friend who is always willing to help. Good shops and restaurants around. Hidden gem and staff are very polite as well. Facilities are really good especially when you travel with a baby. Would definitely recommend and visit again.

If you're wondering whether this hotel is for you then allow me to detail our stay and base it on facts rather than just opinions. It's a lengthy review based on our stay at this hotel and this room, but I hope it helps. 😁 Just for context: we are a family of 3 - 2 adults and a 9 year old. We usually visit Spanish islands and Canary Islands, this is our first time in Turkey. We travelled with Jet2 and booked this as a last minute holiday during October half term. Location : technically Goynuk rather than Kemer. If you are wanting more towards the marina in Kemer area this hotel may not be for you. However, there is a very regular bus service (dolmus) which is about a 10-15 min bus ride from this resort. The bus costs around 1-2€. Download the moovitt app to see the times. Also on Thursday there is a textile and clothing market which is very popular. The bus gets full quickly so an earlier time may be more beneficial if there is more than 2 of you. Busses are very regular (every ten minutes). Transfer time wise it took an hour rather than the 90 minutes originally quoted on the jet2 site. If you go out of the hotel and turn left you'll find some shops there. Continue a little further and turn left again and you will find a huge street of shops on both sides we visited most and all shop keepers had excellent manners and customer service. No shortage of shops despite not being in the center of Kemer. The hotel does have its own stretch of beach which across the road from the hotel itself. At the beach there are ample FREE sunbeds, their own toilets, showers, beach bar serving drinks and snack bar serving food. Currency: Turkish lira. I've seen on many Facebook pages that suggest the Turkish shops like £ however we found in this area that they prefer euros but lira will work out better for value to you. One shop keeper in particular said it cost him money to bank £ rather than € or lira. Hotel check in: We arrived at 2am Turkish time and was one of two families arriving at the same time. We were met with a warm smile and quick check in service. The entrance lobby is vast and beautifully decorated. It smelled lovely and has a cosy vibe. I asked if there was any family rooms to upgrade to and the gentleman behind the desk smiled and said we had been upgraded to a family room (not in the main building) free of charge. (see below for more info on rooms) I couldn't believe it but I was so happy it really made my evening after a long day of travelling. Once checked in, a wonderful gentleman collected our luggage and was great with our little one making her laugh. He showed us to our room, showed us how the air conditioning works and wished us a pleasant sleep. Room: We stayed in block 1, floor 3 - 2303.
