Mountain View Hotels in Kaliningrad

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The accommodation exceeded my expectations—I was highly pleased and satisfied. The room was not only clean and spacious but also boasted a lovely view of the river. The rare opportunity to open the windows was a standout feature; being able to sleep with an open window was a huge plus, especially since it wasn’t noisy outside. As someone who can only sleep well with open windows, this aspect made my stay exceptionally comfortable.

This charming boutique hotel is located in a nicely restored historical area of Kaliningrad. Me and my wife stayed there in January for six nights. A true gem! High international standards of hospitality industry - clean rooms, comfy beds, big windows, good sound insulation. They even have a stylish elevator though there're only three storeys there and they offer a parking in the courtyard for at least six vehicles. Breakfast must specifically be noted. Copious, diversified, tasty, with either omelette or fried eggs in addition - at first request. Bravo! They seem to arrange an open-air terrace behind the building during a warm season too. There were deficiencies, however, of course - who's not without a sin? Some small things were not always replenished, from cotton swabs to shoe cleaning cloth. One had to remind receptionists about that but their reaction was invariably immediate and positive so those small trifles did not spoil our impression at all. Their restaurant is city-famous for its food but to know my opinion please read my separate review. Strongly recommended. Do mind though that it's not centrally located. Sic! Avoid their room # 4 - the smallest.

Небольшой одноместный номер: новая мебель, телевизор, напольный кондиционер. Есть фен, бесплатный сейф , wi-fi( работал на 3 +). В номере чисто, уборка ежедневно. 2 бут.воды ежедневно, чайник в номере + по 1 пакетику черного, зеленого и 1 пакетик сахара, 1 бумажный стакан) Можно и побольше сахара положить). В целом, находиться в номере приятно. На ресепшн приятные девочки, я редко подходила, но всегда были готовы помочь. При выселении, можно оставить багаж до вылета. Расположение очень удачное, рядом остров Канта, Рыбная деревня, кафе и рестораны, в ТЦ супермаркет”Виктория”, аптека. Вкусный кофе и хороший выбор выпечки в Круасан-кафе, если что) А рыбку вкусную поесть, можно в разных местах поесть.

Disgusting breakfast(chepest products of miserable quality and selection could be better)!On second day we've just turned around and went to have a breakfast elsewhere. Very good hotel, clean, big rooms, good location, next to the mall. Only the first day of check-in, the front desk said that no order information was received, the communication was very long, and the attitude was not very good. The next day, a lady changed the front desk, and the service attitude was good.

Hotel is very good. It is the impression that the reviews are written by competitors. Yes, it is not in a boycott but it is not far away to walk and walk to the center and fish village.Breakfast good menus update and everyone report at the end. Look at who writes that they eat at home. I have something to compare with I have visited in many countries and these underneath Kaliningrad weren't. Cleaned every day. Towels changed every day. Bed and slippers changed after 3 days. The rooms are large with air conditioning. The administrators are attentive. In general we liked everything if we were driving positively and we were treated the same attitude. Before the trip, I specified whether there was a place to clamp clothes, the answer was instantly received. There is a smooth room and a couler on each floor. Thank you for the hospitality. Historical building in the Amalienau area, stunning design, antique furniture, interior items, you want to consider every detail. Rooms spacious, stylish, there are capsule coffee machines. Delicious breakfasts, good coffee from the coffee machine (it is important to me), excellent service. Snowwear and towels, comfortable bed and pillows. Good restaurant where you can have lunch or dinner. To the Fish Village is far away, but for me it is not a minus, but a plus. If Kaliningrad, it is only Chaikovsky!

Выбирали тихое романтическое место, чтобы остановиться на две ночи в Калининграде во время свадебного путешествия. Впечатления, честно говоря, остались не очень. Из плюсов: завтраки (обычные, хватит, чтобы наесться), вежливый и отзывчивый персонал, который реагирует на все просьбы, и очень красивый вид из окна - на Верхнее озеро. В целом - это всё. Мы очень старались проводить как можно больше времени вне гостиницы, уходить пораньше и приходить попозже. Место очень уставшее, с неприятными запахами, явно требует хорошего ремонта. Когда-то, в лучшие времена, наверное, эта вилла была действительно ”гламурной”, но не сейчас. Мы выбрали номер ”Романтический”, с джакузи. Оказался ужасно неуютным, уставшим, грязным. Ощущение, что в нем останавливаются только мужчины, желающие развлечься в компании платных девиц, и в гостинице совсем не хотят это хоть немного завуалировать. Душ узкий, грязный, отсутствовал запах чистоты или хлорки, страшно чем-нибудь заразиться. Все стены душевой в грязном налёте, который легко можно убрать пальцем, а пройдись уборщица губкой со средством - и наше впечатление уже улучшилось бы. Напор воды слабый. Бегали чешуйницы. Ковёр в комнате - в крошках, кровать заправляли как попало - просто кинув сверху покрывало, матрас мягкий, но как будто маловат, периодически ночью проваливались в щель между ним и кроватью. Балкон большой, с чудесным видом, но грязный. Кто-то до нас оставил там влажную салфетку в грязи, так она и осталась лежать после нашего отъезда. Джакузи в номере тоже просит о чистоте. Решили попробовать помыться в ней, но перед этим я взяла влажные салфетки. Провела салфеткой один раз - на ней остались жёсткие курчавые волосы понятного происхождения. Позвонила на ресепшн, попросила почистить ванну. На просьбу отреагировали сразу, очень вежливо. Уборщица не заставила себя ждать. Однако с собой у неё были одна тряпочка и пара перчаток. Никаких средств. Понятно, желание принять теплую ванну после насыщенного дня совсем пропало. В ресторане за завтраком не хватало официантов, одного человека явно было мало. Очень хочется вернуться в Калининград, но точно не в этот отель! Можно было бы поставить и ниже оценку, но персонал немного сгладил впечатление.
