Mountain View Hotels in Yeosu

The room and bedding were clean~ The bathroom was also clean, but the dirt on the shower hinge was so noticeable that I was a little nervous about it, but the rest of it was not uncomfortable at all The room location and view were all good, but if you expect a hot spring, I don't recommend it. It's a lukewarm pool. It's not a completely hot spring that's warm even in the middle of winter, so I went in December and got a cold so I left after 10 minutes. Out of all the hot spring pools I've been to in winter, the water was the least warm.. If it was paid, I would have complained, but even without the hot spring pool, it was cheap, so I just I took a quick picture and ran outㅎㅎ The picture is really good because it's in front of the bridge

It seemed like a place for Instagram. It seems like they only focused on a place that would take good pictures. The basic services that a hotel should have seemed to be lacking. First of all, it looks like there is a huge shortage of required manpower, and I can't shake the feeling that they are neglecting detailed management in an effort to cut costs. The cushions on the fabric sofa in the room were off, making it very uncomfortable to sit on. There was no cabinet to store clothes, and it would be nice to have a sink even if you didn't cook, but it was inconvenient because there wasn't one. My opinion is that this resort is just a “good enough” resort.

We stayed in the Hotel at the Ocean Resort on 9 Nov (Sat) in room 1003. We had a choked toilet bowl at 9.50pm, called the front desk to get help from housekeeping. Without the ability to communicate properly in English to the Korean speaking staff, we hoped for the best... At 10pm, A young gentleman from housekeeping came and took a look at the situation. He told us in Korean and hand signals to give him 10 mins. He came back exactly 10 mins later with a toilet bowl hand pump, pumped it three times and cleared the choke. He flushed it twice to check that it’s all working well, and asked if there is anything else that we needed his help. We said thank you to him and he gave us a 90 degree bow before he left. This short but swift response from housekeeping to resolve the problem at hand promptly is an excellent demonstration of the positive service standard that we experienced. A pity that we did not manage to take down the name of this staff, but would like to give compliments to him and congratulate the management of the hotel for having such a wonderful employee who took his work seriously and did it well. <Attention> Yeosu has a lot of motels that pretend to be a hotel !! The price is also about Seoul Express Hotel ~~ class>> I think I found a good value for money hotel on my trip to Yeosu. This hotel is a tourist hotel class, clean and spacious! The staff is friendly and the parking lot is spacious ~~ From Romance Pocha Street 5 minutes by car! It is right next to Yeosu Expo Station, so accessibility is good !! You can also have Korean breakfast in the morning. I recommend a good value for money hotel!

A little after midnight? Thank you for welcoming me so kindly when I arrived. The room condition was good and it was nice to have a hair dryer and curling iron! However, there is some dust, so if you just remove the dust, it will be fine!
