Mountain view Hotels in Jeju City

The hotel is conveniently located very close to Hamdeok Beach. Getting there is easy, whether by car or taxi, and there's ample parking for guests. Our villa was incredibly luxurious, and our family had a fantastic time. The staff thoroughly explained all the in-room amenities, and they even offer a self-service platform for ordering food delivery. The pool water was sparkling clean, the air conditioning was perfectly cool, and honestly, we couldn't find a single flaw.

I traveled to Jeju Island with my daughter and we stayed in Hamdeok for the first three days. For the last two days, I wanted to be closer to the airport, so we decided to stay in the city. After a lot of searching and comparing prices, location, and reviews of hotels in the area, we settled on this one. Overall, it's a good hotel with excellent value for money. It's clean and quiet at night, set back a bit from the road. It's about a five-minute walk to Lotte Duty Free, and along the way, there are places like Gamjatang (pork bone soup) restaurants, Olive Young, and ABC Mart, as well as other souvenir shops. It's very convenient for taking taxis, shopping, and dining. The airport is also very close, about a ten-minute taxi ride. The hotel staff were okay; not overly enthusiastic, but not rude either. For this price point, it's perfectly fine.

The location is perfectly fine if you're traveling by car, and it was great having a convenience store on-site. This resort is incredibly spacious and fantastic for the price! It's also a great spot to come back to after visiting Woljeong Port, and it was convenient enough to take a taxi to Jeju Beer Company and a local BBQ restaurant.

Good location, clean, great hostess, bus stop 5 minute walk, overall very good stay, 20 minute walk to markets.

The hotel's location is good; it's right across from Shilla Duty-Free Shop, making getting around convenient. There's also a supermarket in the lobby on the second floor, which is handy for buying things. This time, I stayed in family room 1602, which offered views of the sea and the airport. However, the air conditioning in this room wasn't working well. After maintenance came to check it out, they just gave us an extra fan, but it was still so hot we were sweating and couldn't sleep well. Also, for stays of two nights, the hotel doesn't clean the room; they only provide a few bottles of water and towels. Only guests staying three nights get one cleaning service. The room itself only had a small round table, and the bathroom counter was tiny, making it inconvenient to place items. Overall, the facilities are quite dated. In my opinion, it's fine for a one-night stay, but I wouldn't recommend it for multiple consecutive nights.

The lady who checked us in at the front desk spoke a bit of Mandarin and was very warm and friendly. The hotel facilities aren't top-notch, but everything is clean, which didn't affect our stay. Right downstairs is the beautiful, clear 'jellyfish' sea, and we could walk to Hamdeok Beach in just a few minutes, making it super convenient for us to take our kids to play in the water and explore the tidal flats. Our room even had a balcony, and it was really pleasant to enjoy the sea breeze out there in the evening.

2 of the man in charge of the front desk were unfriendly and looking fierce when we checked in. Upon checking out on the4th morning, we tried to ask them to assist in getting a taxi as I we have an early flight which they were reluctant. However, they complied but shouted at us to sit tight while he called for a taxi. This was uncalled for. Will never stay again even if the offer is free.

Hotel is located in main location near shopping street and food street and hotel is good and decent and reception people are helpful and love to stay again

I would say everything was excellent until the moment you needed help, when something didn’t work or something was missing in the room. Then you realize that there is no one at the hotel, and the only remote front desk has staff who don’t speak English and yell at you. Moreover, when trying to resolve our issue, we finally managed to get someone sent to us — but he stumbled into our room, reeking of alcohol, and clearly had no intention of solving anything. Overall, it really spoiled the impression.
