"Facilities: I was pretty satisfied with the room. There's a vanity desk, an island counter, and floor-to-ceiling sea view windows which I really loved and took a lot of great pictures with. Disposable slippers are provided, but disposable toiletries are not.
Cleanliness: Couldn't really tell, didn't spot any issues with the naked eye.
Environment: The surrounding environment is great. I'm not sure why all three hotels I've stayed at consecutively put me on the 3rd floor. The 3rd floor is quite noisy because people are always chatting by the sea, which can be really annoying. Higher floors would be much better.
Service: Luggage storage is available in a dedicated room, which is really fantastic."

Amazing
VVampireFFFFFloraThis property boasts five villas and one small suite. The owner is a handsome Korean gentleman who speaks excellent English, making communication a breeze. His wife, a beautiful ********* lady, also assists.
**Location & Environment:**
There's a 7-Eleven just a few minutes' walk from the villa. While it's about a 25-minute walk from Hamdeok Beach, and we once had to walk back when taxis were scarce (which was a manageable distance), a taxi is highly recommended due to the heat (fares are around 30 RMB). Each villa features a unique and very stylish design.
**Facilities:**
Each villa is well-appointed with large-screen TVs, smart bathrooms, independent AC control for both floors, and a fully equipped kitchen.
**Service:**
Service was exceptional; the staff were incredibly helpful and always ready to answer any questions. They even assisted us with calling taxis and ordering takeout. For instance, when we couldn't find a taxi after grocery shopping at the local market, the owner's wife remotely helped us hail one – truly outstanding service! Their takeout recommendations were spot on. The villa also features an on-site café, serving delicious and very affordable coffee (a latte costs just 17-18 RMB); we found ourselves ordering daily! And when we planned to use the BBQ grill, they thoughtfully provided mosquito coils.
**Summary:**
For anyone seeking a truly relaxing, resort-style escape, I highly recommend a two-day stay here. It offers a leisurely, comfortable experience that excels in every aspect.

GGuest UserI traveled to Jeju Island with my daughter and we stayed in Hamdeok for the first three days. For the last two days, I wanted to be closer to the airport, so we decided to stay in the city. After a lot of searching and comparing prices, location, and reviews of hotels in the area, we settled on this one. Overall, it's a good hotel with excellent value for money. It's clean and quiet at night, set back a bit from the road. It's about a five-minute walk to Lotte Duty Free, and along the way, there are places like Gamjatang (pork bone soup) restaurants, Olive Young, and ABC Mart, as well as other souvenir shops. It's very convenient for taking taxis, shopping, and dining. The airport is also very close, about a ten-minute taxi ride. The hotel staff were okay; not overly enthusiastic, but not rude either. For this price point, it's perfectly fine.

AAnonymous UserWe had an excellent stay. The lady host that met us was so lovely, friendly and impressive. The parking lots are tight and stacked so parking can be tricky. But she help us drive and park our car and she did the same for many other guests. It was so amazing and impressive to watch her do her job with such pride, efficiency and with a beautiful smile and great attitude. There were other guests arriving at the same time so she was very busy, but later, she still took the trouble to come to our room to make sure we were well settled in. EXCELLENT SERVICE.
The room is spacious, the bed and pillows were comfortable, there is a kitchenette, washing machine and a drying area.
The location is good too, convenient to get to many interesting places, near the airport. Seomun Market is less than a minute’s walk.
Overall we really enjoyed our stay. Value for money. Will stay again next time I visit Jeju and will recommend to friends.

카카하It was so clean and nice just after remodeling. It was a pity that I didn't have a swimming pool in June, but the meat restaurant was delicious and the view was great! It was close to Geumneung and close to Wolryeongpogu, and the rooms were also rugged! It's also really moving to have a shared restaurant ㅠㅠㅠ !!!! It's the best !!

GGuest UserThe hostess built a house that many people dream of in Jeju Island. It is even more beautiful in reality than in photos. It is the most suitable place for 4 to 6 friends and family to drive there by themselves. All the details of the hard and soft furnishings are great. You can see that they are carefully made.
Although the host may be away, some service details may have some problems. But for those who pursue their dreams, full encouragement is necessary. I will recommend it to my friends next time they go to Jeju.

GGuest UserFirst off, the location is truly fantastic – really close to the airport, duty-free shops, and all the main attractions. There's even a bus stop right outside the hotel. The room was spacious and clean. We arrived late on New Year's Eve, around 11 PM, and check-in was still super fast. Everyone at the hotel was lovely, and the room had a great view; you could see the ocean right from the window. There's a supermarket next to the hotel, and the potato pork bone soup across the street was delicious too. Now for the only downside: it's quite close to the road, so there was a bit of noise at night. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. Jeju Island is beautiful!

YYeyeyeyeyeyeyeyeyeziFirst off, regarding communication, Chinese guests shouldn't have too many problems checking in. While the front desk staff don't speak Chinese, simple communication is possible for booking rooms. However, making specific requests might be challenging. Check-in is at 3 PM local time, and check-out is at 11 AM, which differs from what we're used to in China.
Next, about the room environment: they provide China-standard three-pin plugs, and the slippers are not disposable. Seaview rooms come with balconies, which is quite nice if you enjoy having one. My room was on a lower floor, so it could get a bit noisy at night. The in-room amenities and equipment are a bit dated.
Lastly, the location is convenient for dining, public transport, and sea views. As for the overall stay experience, nothing really stood out. Luggage storage is in the lobby, which actually felt a bit unsafe, making me quite uneasy upon arrival.

SsubhashNyce hotel , not too far from the airport probably 30mins drive. Centrally located in old jeju, close to the shopping areas and if you are booking tours then the pick up point is close to this hotel.

GGuest UserI would say everything was excellent until the moment you needed help, when something didn’t work or something was missing in the room. Then you realize that there is no one at the hotel, and the only remote front desk has staff who don’t speak English and yell at you.
Moreover, when trying to resolve our issue, we finally managed to get someone sent to us — but he stumbled into our room, reeking of alcohol, and clearly had no intention of solving anything.
Overall, it really spoiled the impression.
