I would start with giving a shoutout to the staff to name some Rohan at front desk gave a warm welcome and made my wife's Birthday memorable. secondly restaurant Staff Neeraj, made our food experience fun and tasty. Made us try new dishes that we would never forget. “I had an amazing experience with the Stay. The customer service was outstanding, and the holiday was exactly what I was looking for.” “I was so pleased with the service I received from the hotel. We have now been back for a week and have only the fondest memories of our stay with you'll. We felt we were transported back to a British era, with the ambience at the cecil. The hospitality was the cherry on the cake. At the outset, thank you to Parikshit for enabling all of this Thank you for making our son’s 5th birthday incredibly special and so so warm. your front desk team, Raghav (your warmth is unmatched), Akanksha (who was so very patient through our entire process), Komal, Akshay and Suhani- you were just on the ball and on point with everything. The yummiest meals prepared by Chef Raj Kumar, Sumer, Vaishnavi and Saksham- the eggs forester (i hope the spelling is right) was so tasty amongst the regional delicacies and international preparations as well. The service at your restaurant headed by Nishant, was always with a smile and without a no.- we got a few names- Tanish, Sahil, Pankaj, Pretty, Pretti, Nikhil, Abhinav (the sweetest gesture for gifting our son that money box which says Shimla Bank), Priyanka, Nupur, Deima, Afnan, Amber and Harsh. Hotel Silverine is a fantastic choice in Shimla. The location on Mall Road is unbeatable, with easy access to shops and attractions. Rooms are clean, comfortable, and offer beautiful hill views. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the food is excellent. Highly recommended for a relaxing stay!

The most beautiful property in shimla currently with views of the amazing snowy mountains.The views are like no other! The service was fantastic, adhering to current and future needs. The hotel boasts breathtaking views of mountains and top-notch hospitality. The lavish buffet breakfast spread was delicious with humongous variety. I would like to mention some of the staff who went beyond their line of duty in making us experience the best time there GM - Sunit Front office - Ayush and Varun who seamless provided us an upgrade and Catherine as well. Restaurant - Manojav (thanks for the lasagne and finger smacking roesti) and Shreyan,Anamika, Akarshitha,Ankit, Anadika,Prajal for the service. House keeping - Samiksha thanks Yoga-Summit Spa-pinky,keyi Out door and indoor activities -shatrugan,kaushal kudos to you. I may have missed some names, but that's not intended. The moment we stepped into Shimla British Resort, we were in awe of the lovely antique furniture and beautiful woodwork that gave the place a true heritage feel. The cozy bedrooms were perfect for the chilly weather, and waking up to the cool Shimla breeze was so refreshing. Babita and the team were always around to assist, making our stay all the more pleasant. A must-visit if you love history and comfort!

Great hotel on walking distance from the center of Shimla but there’s also a complementary shuttle. Large modern room with breathtaking view. Excellent breakfast buffet. Friendly helpful staff. One negative pout: the hotel WiFi is worthless

We had booked 3 rooms for our family at Radisson Kufri from 30th April to 3rd May 2022. The property is new, clean and has a lovely view. I particularly liked the lobby which had an 'old English inn' appeal to it. The rooms are well-decorated and are decent sized. After reading some reviews on the internet, we had booked superior rooms but realized that they have a 'wall view'. Specially the superior rooms in the wing which has the restaurant are very dark because they have a wall very close to the window. If you are interested in a good view, then either request for superior rooms with valley view at the time of booking or book a delux room. We had one superior room in the restaurant wing which we were slightly unhappy about. The hotel upgraded us to a delux room in the other wing the next day after check-in and did not charge us anything extra for it. Really appreciate this! I would like to thank Siddharth, Aditya, Rahul and others for ensuring that we had a pleasant stay. Considering that Radisson Kufri is a five-star property away from Shimla town, expect the food prices to be on the higher side. But the restaurant amazed us with yummy food during our entire stay. The breakfast buffet had an elaborate spread and everything was delicious. We also tried the dinner buffet on our last night and were again not disappointed by the quality and taste of food. Special thanks to Chef Rajesh Rana for himself checking on with us about the food quality and also the complimentary beetroot halwa which was very tasty. One of the family members was fasting on one of the days and had certain dietary restrictions which were catered to well by the chef. Some things that the hotel can improve on in the future would be to add more staffs at the restaurant during breakfast (they are already working on this). The hotel can also carry out periodic inspections of the entire facility for regular maintenance. For example - There was a bit of a leakage into the bedroom from a small gap between the bathroom glass and the wall in one of the rooms that we stayed in. Other than these minor issues, the staffs at Radisson Kufri left no stone unturned to delight us regularly with their service. I would definitely recommend staying here.
