"The staff were very friendly and helpful. Room service was efficient when required. Check in was fast.. The hotel was in an excellent location a short walk from the Mall. The rooms were basic and could do with a new coat of paint. It was very cold and the room was not warm even with the use of the heater.,The room was not very clean. The furniture surfaces were dirty. The restaurant staff were friendly and offered very good service. The menu was acceptable with tasty meal choices."

"The property is nice and the staff are courteous and helpful. We were greeted with welcome drinks and smiles. The doorman and the bell boy were exceptionally helpful. We were late to arrive at the hotel and that didn't pose any problem. We had booked a family suite and the kids were eager to lay down after an 8.5 hrs drive to kufri. Having said that, my review will only highlight points which I feel that require improvement. 1. The most expensive suite booked bu it lacked the valley views. We opened up the curtains just to find some odd construction going on, and just a plain partially plastered wall from the second room. 2. The second room just had a WC and no bath area, could have been easily managed. 3. The WC of the second room had no effective exhaust fan. 4. The concept of bar cum recreation area was good, it could also have some more board games. 5. Some of the tables of the restaurant were very wobbly. The restaurant staff was very helpful even though understaffed and overworked; and and the layout was very good."

"I stayed at Oberoi Cecil for 2 nights with my mother. The hospitality was exceptional, a perfect blend of luxury and warmth. Hotel is so beautiful, colonial architecture, cozy corners n vintage vibes, old world charm at its best. Our room was beautiful n spacious. The staff of this hotel were incredibly good n helpful. The front desk staff n the housekeeping staff were so good n friendly. Special mention to Mr. Vansh. He was so helpful. Highly recommended "

"Absolutely amazing experience at Vineet Kumar's place at ITC Chal Hotel, Himachal Pradesh! We had the Himachali Cha Gosht and it was hands down the best mutton I've ever had. The flavor was so rich, tender and full of authentic pahadi spices. But what made it even more special was chef Vineet Kumar himself - his food and service both were outstanding. Genuine hospitality, warm behavior and food made with so much love. If you are staying at ITC Chal and want to taste real home-cooked Himachali food, this is a MUST TRY. 10/10 would come again!"

"It wasn’t a holiday, it was an experience! Nestled in midst of one of the densest Cedar forest, Wildflower Hall spoils you with its serene views of Himalayas and Cedar/Pine thickets. It pampers you with “never say no” customer experience. Lavish facilities including Billiards Room, Contemporary well stocked Bar, Temperature controlled indoor swimming pool and temperature controlled open to sky Jacuzzi which again enthralls you with Himalayan views as one takes comfort in 40 Deg jacuzzi whilst temperature outside in 10-12 degrees. Curated treks/picnics, tennis court which converts into ice skating rink in winters, well curated lawns and terrific efficient well-trained staff. For a critique too it’s tough to find faults. A must experience place….Thank you Oberoi Wilflower Hall team for fantastic memories. Already planning winter vacation to experience snow covered White Oberoi Wildflower Hall!"

They have really helpful staff. Vishal and Mukesh ji helped set up a small birthday dinner for my wife. Really thoughtful of them to arrange the dinner table. The food overall has been stellar. Will visit here again if opportunity arises."
