"The accommodation was excellent. The owner personally picked us up at the scenic area entrance, which was very convenient as we stayed inside the area. They even helped us buy tickets. The freshly made noodles for breakfast were delicious 😋. For lunch, you can order in advance so you can eat right after visiting the Getu River. It was incredibly delicious and affordable, using ingredients they grow themselves (they buy some in the summer because it gets crowded), making it exceptionally fresh. We ordered four dishes, all of which were delicious and very reasonably priced! The owners are a very friendly and welcoming local family who recommended attractions. Their recommendation to see the hanging coffins was absolutely amazing (highly recommended! After returning to the Miao village by boat, a guide will take you to the remaining 4km of the Getu River, where you can also explore caves and get up close to the real hanging coffins)! I wouldn't have known about it if they hadn't recommended it, and I hadn't heard about it on social media!"
