Stayed here for a short stay in Santiago. The hotel is modern, clean, and located directly next to Costanera Center mall which is very convenient for shopping and restaurants. The room was comfortable and quiet with a nice city view. Staff were friendly and helpful. The only small downside is that the drop-off area can be a little confusing when arriving by Uber or taxi because it’s connected to the mall. Overall a very pleasant stay and I would recommend it.

Great spot around the corner from Metro Universidad Católica. Plenty of places to eat, drink and be merry in close by too. Staff friendly and keen to share tips and recommendations. All in all, a great place to stay in Santiago!

It is a nice and clean hotel. We are very impressed with the clean and the comfort and it’s in good location very convenient to go to shopping center and have a nice restaurants around. It’s highly recommend to stay in this hotel.

This is the second time we’ve stayed here this trip. It’s been an excellent hotel. Very comfortable room and beds, well positioned for shops and restaurants and a really helpful staff. I definitely recommend.

Old hotel. Some of the amenities need an updating. Rooms are spacious but acoustics is very bad. You can hear everything going on in the hallway, sometimes too early in the morning.

This stay was for a business trip. I stayed for one night. The floor was high and very quiet. It is in the eastern part of Chile (rich area). The environment is very good. It is next to the most prosperous luxury mall in Santiago. The transportation is convenient. There are all kinds of famous brands, shopping malls, supermarkets, nightclubs🪩, steak houses, and international cuisines around... The only thing I feel is that the hotel facilities are a bit old and the bed is a bit soft, but the overall feeling is still good. The breakfast is also rich, with various breads, yogurts, fruits, and coffee☕️ Overall, I am very satisfied with this trip🧳Stay
